Rabbi Andrea has over 14 years of experience as an officiant, marrying many couples belonging to various faith groups of various cultural backgrounds.

Rabbi Andrea is an Ordained Reform Rabbi. She has been part of the wedding industry since 2006. Celebrating over 14 years.

This includes Westchester County and Fairfield, Connecticut. She is also available for destination weddings and can be arranged.

Assistance in regards to the COVID-19 Coronavirus Outbreak intimate, small, wedding ceremonies and Elopements are available in the local Tri-State area.

In addition- Locations will be discussed for each request as safety is the first and foremost for all of us.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The NYC Clerk's Office is Not Conducting online marriage ceremonies. You need to hire a Licensed, Registered Officiant to conduct and can sign your marriage license. Instructions are on the Project Cupid NYC page.

Rabbi Andrea Frank is a Clergy Person, Licensed and Registered to sign All Marriage Licenses. You do not need to be Jewish to use and services for signing your Marriage License. It is a separation of government and religion in regard to marriage licenses insured by each governing state. This information only applies to State Marriage Licenses.

The City of Yonkers, NY has been issuing Marriage Licenses for the Yonkers Residents. Check the City of Yonkers' website.

Eastchester Town Hall is issuing Marriage Licenses for Residents in:

Town of Eastchester, Village of Bronxville and Village of Tuckahoe. Go to the website of Eastchester for the information on how to get your Marriage License for your intimate wedding ceremony.

Connecticut is issuing Marriage Licenses at various Clerk's Offices

For Wedding Couples in New York City and New York State- an Executive Order was signed by New York Governor Andrew Cuomo about Marriage Licenses.

Reminder: I have the Authority to sign those Marriage Certificates for Marriage Licenses. This is included with my Services as a Rabbi Wedding Officiant, a Clergy person.

    Rabbi Andrea went above and beyond to ensure my son’s wedding was perfect! Even on very short notice, she met virtually with the couple and personalized their wedding. She was always available for questions, and made the wedding warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!
