Our 39 acres offer a one-of-a-kind location for wedding ceremonies, receptions, and photos. Couples have celebrated their special day at Queens Botanical Garden for nearly 50 years — come visit and see why. Whether the Garden is a backdrop for your portraits, you’re exchanging vows in our glorious Wedding Garden, or you’re having your reception at our venue, your special day will be unforgettable. The Garden is also ideal for bar or bat mitzvahs, birthday or graduation parties, showers, cocktail parties and other special celebrations.
Ceremonies
An intimate setting framed by flowering plants, wood bridges and gazebo, and enclosed by a white picket fence, the Wedding Garden gracefully blends elements of Eastern and Western Garden design while evoking the refined elegance of the Victorian era.
Receptions
QBG offers one-of-a-kind receptions for you and your guests. Reception spaces are available in our Auditorium, Pond View Room and on our Terrace, just steps from the Wedding Garden. Tented Receptions are held in our Meadow or Arboretum. Our preferred caterers have delicious menus that can be tailored to your special requests and needs.
Wedding Photography
With 18 acres of formal garden areas, we offer countless photo opportunities. Favorite locations include the Rose Garden, Wedding Garden, Floral Border, Annual Beds, Four Seasons Garden, Woodland Garden, Unity Garden, Circle Garden and Fragrance Walk.

Perfect Garden Wedding!
We had an absolutely magical wedding at QBG! We worked with Kamaria, who was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to lessen our stress and make sure the day went off without a hitch. She was very friendly and made us feel comfortable in all of our meetings with her. On the day of our wedding she was present with an assistant to make sure everything ran smoothly, and was always easy to find if we had any issues. She even saved our cake topper! When our little ceramic goose cake topper accidentally got knocked off the table and shattered on the ground, she took it back to her office, worked some magic with nail glue, and had it returned to us in one piece before the cake cutting. The garden was the perfect setting, and many of our guests commented that it was one of the most beautiful venues they've ever been to. Thank you Kamaria and thank you QBG!

Don't sleep on the Queens Botanical Garden
We truly can’t recommend the Queens Botanical Garden enough for anyone considering wedding venues. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, the staff are incredibly helpful and they really have the whole process down to a science. They went above and beyond to make our wedding so special.
I really can’t believe they are able to provide such a fantastic service and such a gorgeous venue for such a reasonable price.

Amazing time!
The ceremony and reception space at the Gardens is absolutely beautiful! Our guests had a phenomenal time and got all sorts of photos for their socials lol. Also, Kamaria and her team are excellent and kept true to our timeline and made sure all the vendors knew where to be. I can’t recommend this space more, 10/10

Amazing authentic venue for ceremony.
We had our wedding ceremony in November here, and it was an amazing experience. It is important to tell guests that it could get cold (and we prepared heat packs for each guest), but the sun was out, and the color of the leaves was just right. Kamaria, our contact person who supported us throughout the journey, was so lovely helpful, and was really on top of things. Having her guidance really helped the event go smoothly.

Great exp @ QBG
At the time I was getting married, there was a change in staff, but the replacement for their wedding coordinator worked closely with the previous one. She was great and everything was handled seamlessly. Vendors came and went and the staff and our planner handled everything efficiently. The garden was lovely, we had use of the building for the day, and reception was beautiful. It was a perfect day and even though it was a couple years ago now, I still have guests talking about how great everything was. Thank you QBG!

We had our wedding on June 16 at the Queens Botanical Garden. We were looking to support a environmentally sustainable venue that was uniquely NYC. If you want an outdoor wedding that celebrates NYC and Mother Nature without breaking the bank, this is the venue for you. Ebony Wiggins is Wonderwoman—she eased us through the planning process and she and her amazing team really enjoy their work and it shows in how hard they worked to make our special night go off without a hitch.

The QBG was great, I have no complaints. It served its purpose within my budget and provided a lovely location and backdrop for pictures. Clare DelMonaco the wedding coordinator is a pleasure to deal with, always responsive, professional and so sweet.
