I want to say a Big thank you for catering our wedding reception last weekend. All the guests said the food was delicious and we all enjoyed it.

Thank you Pedro for thinking about every single detail and making sure my expectations were met. Seriously, you even called me a few days before, to make sure the ordered glasses are the right shape.

Thanks Kristine for taking your time to stop by the venue ahead of time and come up with the plan where to place the food table etc. You did the best job leading the catering event and I appreciate you taking care of myself and Brian during the reception.

The whole team was amazing. They were so helpful and professional throughout my whole wedding planning process. Shoutout to Pedro who was always so responsive. My guests were all raving about the food and left the wedding with full bellies plus leftovers!

We cannot recommend Pyramid catering enough after having them cater our wedding. First Pedro was fantastic to work with. He is so quick to respond, thorough, and was great at making recommendations when we weren't sure what we wanted. He was one of our favorite vendors to communicate with out of everyone for our wedding. We were also so happy with the food. We had a buffet dinner for 200 people and they did a great job of getting everyone through the buffet quickly. And not only did we think the food tasted great, but had multiple guests tell us how fantastic the food was. We also had a decent amount of people with food restrictions and they were able to help us create a menu that accommodated most people and they made a special plate for one guest who had many food restrictions. And last, their bar service was amazing. We provided the alcohol and their bartenders mixed 2 cocktails for us and served beer and wine. We received so many compliments about the bartenders. We highly recommend Pyramid catering and are very grateful they were there for our wedding.

You have found your caterer for your event! Pedro and everyone at this company is such a pleasure to work with! We hired Pyramid for our December wedding and worked with Pedro. He is extremely knowledgeable about everything catering and how to run a kitchen and a wedding. The food at our taste test was absolutely delicious and it was even better at our wedding. (Their ravioli is out of this world. So is their beef strip loin. Oh and their salmon is seriously AMAZING - OMG everything is so good!) For our wedding we "interviewed" and spoke with about 15+ caterers to try to find one who we liked but also provided us with a fair price. Pyramid checked all the boxes. And seriously Pedro was a dream to work with. He was always nearby during our big day and even brought us appetizers and alcohol after the ceremony when we needed them badly! Superb and delicious food, friendly and knowledgeable employees, and a hard working staff - what more could you want!? Thanks so much Pyramid - and Pedro you are so awesome. Keep up the great work!

Pyramid Catering provided a DELICIOUS and beautiful meal for our wedding day. We had appetizers passed during cocktail hour (which they went above and beyond and snuck some apps to me and my husband got before we did photos! We were famished so it was perfect!) We provided the alcohol and they did bar service, super easy and we can return what wasn't used. And the dinner buffet was amazing! I had SO many guests tell me it was the best wedding food they had ever had. From the initial consult through the wedding day itself, the team was very helpful, responding to all of my emails very promptly; I was very impressed with all of the staff throughout the entire process. Not to mention, their prices were very fair. Stop your caterer search and go with Pyramid!

Pyramid catering is FANTASTIC. Planning a wedding during COVID has been extremely challenging and stressful, but Pyramid catering has been nothing but helpful, responsive, and adaptable. The Pyramid team always replies to emails/texts/phone calls within the day. Whenever I had to make a change to the layout or guest count, Ben was quick to update our proposal and make revisions to layouts. He met with us at the venue before the wedding to make sure he understood how we wanted everything laid out and organized. He is wonderful at giving suggestions while also listening to what we wanted and figuring out how to make our vision work. When Ben and his team had to make changes to how food was served and how to set up our ceremony and reception seating due to COVID restrictions, they quickly put together a plan and communicated it to both me and my husband and the staffing at our event. Day of, our reception changed last minute from outdoor seating to indoor seating due to rain. Pyramid staff quickly moved everything indoors seamlessly. My husband and I were instantly greeted with an individual appetizer selection and beverage post ceremony. The staff really goes above and beyond their job expectations to help make your event smooth, fun, and seamless. The food was EXCELLENT. All of our guests were raving. We enjoyed the northwest buffet, but Pyramid is always happy to make substitutions and customize their options for you. I honestly cannot recommend their team enough. I would highly recommend this company. We are SO thankful for their hard work and their delightful catering.

I'm so glad we picked Pyramid Catering for our wedding! Their staff was extremely responsive and flexible. We went with their BBQ menu with a few adjustments, and added in a meatball recipe that I sent them, and everything turned out delicious! Their staff were so helpful and professional during the wedding itself, I don't know what we would have done without them. Guests are still telling me how great the food was!

We had a great experience working with Pyramid Catering as our wedding caterer. We chose the Northwest Buffet, and it was a really big hit at our wedding! We got so many compliments on the food, and my husband and I are still dreaming of the bowtie pasta and the salmon. The catering staff were really professional as well.

Ben, Michael, and the whole team were very responsive and fun to work with. They are flexible and willing to work with your budget and needs. We especially loved our tasting dinner with Ben as we got to know him and the company better.

As far as Seattle caterers go, we thought they were really reasonably priced, especially given the quality of food and service. Definitely recommend checking them out.

Food was a high priority for me and my husband at our wedding, and Pyramid Catering definitely delivered a delicious meal for our wedding guests. Ben and his team guided us through the whole process -- from the tasting to meal selection to giving us tips on our signature drinks! We ultimately decided on the Northwest Style Family Dinner and it was served family style. It was perfect for our al fresco wedding and had so many guests remark on how much they enjoyed dinner (and we had some hard to please guests!). In addition, the staff was very attentive to guests on the day of the wedding. I would definitely recommend Pyramid Catering to future brides and grooms!
