She has full time, part time and day of services. I opt for full service since I have a very busy schedule and a time crunch. She helped me with EVERYTHING and more!! If you need someone to help with any event or event plan the entire event for you, she is the gal! Yes the planning process is so stressful and you might feel alone but Mari helped me every step of the way and the day off couldn’t have been more smoothly. I didn’t have to do anything on the day but just enjoy our wedding.

I seriously would not have gotten married if it weren’t for Marisela keeping me sane and organized throughout the entire wedding planning process! Marisela is an excellent communicator, she is professional and she is totally by your side every step of the way! She was responsive to emails and texts, she gave great advice when we were putting our invites together, she found us our venue and our florist, and she was mindful of our budget the entire time. We also were planning majority of our wedding out of state (Atlanta) and got married in Miami and Marisela didn’t miss a beat while long distance. She is incredibly well connected in the industry and she was on top of all of our vendors regarding timelines, payments, communication, etc. We loved working with her and would do it again if we could!! My husband and I had a post elopement reception and working with Marisela is the best decision my husband and I made. I am extremely type A and trusting someone else to make sure our special day ran smoothly was difficult until I found Marisela! I didn’t have to stress about a single thing that day!
Marisela was our day of coordinator (we chose to do most of the leg work ourselves to stay within budget) but honestly she went above and beyond her job duties. From helping with the timeline, coordinating with vendors, helping to plan my layout and even rearranging furniture and helping to clean up! Marisela is amazing and I will definitely work with her again in the future for all my events :) (Even if you’re planning an event yourselves you still ABSOLUTELY need a day of coordinator and Marisela is the best!)

This team made sure that every detail was perfect- the little things I was stressing about were handled promptly and with ease!!! They also made sure they took pictures and videos behind the scene which was amazing because I barely took any. 10/10 recommend!!!!

When I got engaged I had no clue what the first step to planning a wedding should be, so I made the decision to hire a wedding planner and after speaking with a few, I was sold on Marisela after our first conversation! She’s not only super helpful and professional, but friendly and personable. I had a trillion questions and she answered them all, patiently at that! We used Marisela as our wedding planner in Delray Beach, FL and she was absolutely fantastic, and we could not recommend her more. Don't look anywhere else, use Marisela. She had many calls with us before the wedding and always gave great advice and pointed out so much that we would never have thought of on our own. She helped us time our events and her input helped things run so much smoother. She was instrumental in helping us source a last minute tent. She helped align countless things the day of, including programs, menus... etc. Her bilingual, calm demeanor really helped mood-manage our mothers (USA & Mexican), deal with our super diverse guests, and helped us negotiate with a mariachi band & DJ to allow for a smooth running of a complex series of interactions, dances and characters. we were not sure we needed a wedding planner initially, but I know our wedding would have been more chaotic and stressful without her and she was worth every cent we spent on her!
