Great dress, affordable price

Elegant and affordable. Finding a black dress was hard and this site had more options than any other for a non traditional look!

I ordered my dress online from promgirl.com It arrived in a timely fashion and I was pleasantly surprised.
I never had any reservations about buying my dress from them. Their dresses were what I had envisioned for my wedding dress. I was unable to find anything like them in ANY bridal store. Also, you can not beat their prices. I had a Vegas wedding so I wanted something short yet long and flowy. I also wanted strapless with some "bling" but yet simple and not overly "blingy." I found my dress here and I'm sure I will be back to shop again. :)

I really love this site. It is my go to site. I have used it for several dresses to wear to several different occasions that required me to dress up. I love dressing up, so this site gives me a lot for my moneyl They have a fast shipping time, and you can google coupone codes for their site to get free shipping as well. I ordered my dress and withing 5 days it was at my doorstep.

I ordered my dress online not quite sure what to expect. I was happy with this website's service and would recommend them to anyone looking for an online retailer for formal dresses. I was able to get an amazing dress at half-price (though it was final sale since it was clearance), and it arrived a couple days later. I have no comments on the customer service as I did not have to contact anyone about my order. They provided accurate shipping info so I had no doubts to the status of my order, and I'm happy (and lucky!) the purchase worked out.

Ordered my wedding dress through here. $176. They send me the wrong size and color. Had not problems getting it returned for the right one. Great people.

Worst vendor ever. I warn all brides out there about Simply Dresses and Promgirl websites. I ordered a light pink dress for my wedding, they mistakenly sent me a gross hot pink dress. I have my invoice and e-mail confirmation to prove it too. They went to their computer system and changed all of the information and said I ordered a hot pink dress. They were very sneaky. They don't admit to their mistakes either. I was looking forward to wearing the dress, but my wedding was ruined because of them. Don't purchase from this vendor. They were very unprofessional and their customer service staff was rude when they replied to my e-mails.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!they sent me the wrong dress TWICE!!!!!! i ended up having to go out the DAY before my prom to find a new dress,shoes and accessories. when i asked to speak to their manger or president they didnt allow me to. this company is a joke!
