Highly recommended promenade! Beautiful dresses and very helpful staff!!

I got a great deal on a beautiful dress!

I was so happy someone recommended Promenade to me for my wedding dress! I was looking for something all lace and not too poofy, and they had so many dresses to choose from. The girls who worked there were all very nice and eager to help, and they went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress. I also used their seamstress to have my dress altered, and it needed A LOT taken out of the top part. She was fantastic, and the dress looked amazing once she was finished! When I got there for the final fitting, it needed a little bit more taken out. Since we live almost 2 hours away, she did the final alterations while we got lunch down the street the same day. I would highly recommend Promenade to anyone for a wedding dress!

SERIOUSLY THE PLACE TO SHOP!! I have purchased all my gowns from promenade! Every single time I think somewhere else will have something better however I always come back to my roots because none of the dress shops compare to the quality and pricing of what is at promenade!!

I found my wedding dress here very quickly and with great help from all of the ladies working in the store!

I used this vendor for bridesmaid dresses. I did not have any issue with the staff and loved my dresses.

At the bridal store, the associate was wonderful on Jan. 18th, 2018. We walked across the street to look at the other bridal gowns at the main store, and NONE of the associates there were willing to help. Mind you, we were willing to spend $1500 in the store today. However, because of lack of help we kept our money. The ladies in the store looked over us as if we did not have a reason to be there. We stood back and watched other customers come through the doors to look and their needs were met IMMEDIATELY, however we could not get any help of our own. We were there for 30 minutes at the bridal store and 20 minutes at the main store. We did not receive any assistance until we asked for a dress size, then the sale associates wanted to help. While were in the back looking at other dresses, there were 3 associates on the floor looking at other pieces of clothing and did not ONCE ask us if we needed any help. If this is the kind of service that you receive at Promenade, I will take my business elsewhere.

I am usually a pretty easy going girl who doesn't complain, but I would like to share an experience with Promenade in Tuscumbia, AL with everyone so you can be informed before attempting to use their services. One of my dearest friends is getting married 2 weeks from tomorrow. The other 2 bridesmaids and I ordered our dresses back in December and were assured they would arrive 12 weeks from the time of order. The last dress was ordered December 29th. I called toward the end of March to check on my dress since I needed to make arrangements to get from Tuscaloosa to Tuscumbia for pick up. I was assured at that time the dress would ship on April 13 and arrive at their store in 7 to 10 business days. I called back on April 26th to check on the status of the dress. I was told at that time the that the dresses would be in early this week. I called yesterday and was told the dresses were at the UPS hub in Muscle Shoals and were left off the truck for the delivery and the owner did not have time to go get the dresses. I was assured at that time that the dresses would be in Friday morning (today) and I could pick mine up Saturday with no issue. Today rolled around and to no ones surprise, the dresses did not arrive. We were again assured the dresses would arrive Monday (less than 2 weeks from the wedding). Call me a skeptic, but I have lost ALL TRUST in this business. We have now come up with a back up plan to have dresses here the week of the wedding from another company. The bride and other 2 bridesmaids have made numerous calls to this business and also been given the run around. Had we not taken matters into our own hands, I am not convinced we would have any dresses for the wedding. I wanted to put this information out there so others can avoid this unnecessary stress and hardship my friends and I have gone through.
