I had a fantastic experience working with Theresa at Pressing On to create a letterpress invitation for my wedding. The final product was simple and elegant, exactly what I wanted! To start, we had an informal conversation about style and color, and Theresa's knowledge of paper and color was outstanding. She really created the invitation exactly as I imagined and the look was perfect for the event.

This family business is so relaxed and easy to work with, but runs like a well-oiled machine. The construction was meticulous; they have an incredible attention to detail. Theresa was extremely reliable and responsive. I recommend them to all of my friends getting married now! The value for your dollar is second to none!

For my April 2009 wedding I worked closely with Theresa at Pressing On
and she did a gorgeous job creating elegant, yet casual stationary for my destination wedding! The pocket fold invitations, menu cards, place cards, table numbers and little cocktail recipe cards for my gift bags were a huge hit!

I cannot believe I found my printer on Craigslist and they were incredible!  There was a bit of minor family drama over our design, so we were running about a month behind schedule on our invites, but between Printable Press and Theresa of Pressing On, we made it work!  Theresa and her husband are just starting out as printers and I could tell that they wanted to go the extra mile for us.  Our design from Printable Press was not meant for letterpress, so they helped me tweak it, then did a lot of trial and error to find the right colors and printing method.  They ended up using a combination of letterpress and silkscreen so every invitation was a work of art.  We got so many compliments on them! They run the business out of their home and it was sometimes difficult to get a return phone call or email, but in the end, it was totally worth it.  Since they're still establishing themselves, their service was a steal.  I didn't think we'd be able to afford letterpress, but they made it possible and totally exceeded my expectations. I'm actually excited to start working on our thank-you notes because they're so beautiful!
