Our wedding was 4/24/15. Darlene was our photographer and we chose her after seeing the great work she did for my sister's wedding last year! Darlene had so many great ideas for various beautiful poses, and she made sure that any photos we wanted taken were shot. She worked very well with our videographer, and also has a videographer that can come with her by request. She was amazing.

Darlene was an absolute blast to work with. Very kind, professional and fun. She tailored her services to suit my needs perfectly. She billed us on the amount of time she would be needed, and for some of the photos we pre-ordered. Some places had a blanket price no matter if you needed them for twelve or two hours, same price. She took a ton of wonderful pictures, took any pictures that were requested of her by our guests without complaint(even during dinner). She has a wondeful artistic eye. She has been doing wedding photography for 24+ years and knows what she is doing. We got a DVD of all the photos she took so we can make copies and albums of our choosing at our own will.

Darlene was always working and taking pictures, even during some dead in-between time. Also improvised photo location and shots when some of our other vendors were being obtrusive and unaccommodating. I would definitely recommend her services to my friends and family.

for claiming to be in business for 24+ years, i am really shocked at her business practices.

she turned our wedding ceremony into an afternoon of karaoke.

who doesnt have a backup microphone (or 3) running? precious memories by darlene.

post-error client treatment was underwhelming. she delayed in notifying us of the issue until the last moment. she even had the pastor record some terrible voice overs before telling us.

once we were notified, she didnt even have us in a client database or even in an excel spreadsheet. seriously? a business that doesnt keep track of its clients?

she sent the video to the wrong address. She claimed our contract was sent with video to the company she pays to edit and create the finished product from her raw video.

who doesnt make copies of vital business documents? Precious Memories by Darlene, apparently.

In her defense. darlene refunded our money and still gave us the unfinished, sloppy voice over edited video that makes us cry to even think about.

I would really stay away from any business the person has anything to do with running.
