Our wedding was at Brigalias in Sicklerville NJ and Potito's is where all of their wedding cakes come from and I have zero bad things to say about them. Their cakes and fillings are absolutely to die for and they have a lot of fillings to offer. We went with peanut butter and their signature cannoli fillings with pound cake. When it came to a design we showed them a picture and they delivered. Everything was perfect from the cake to the experience. Thank you Potito's Bakery for making the planning so easy and cake so beautiful and delicious!

Potito's has always been my favorite bakery. When I booked my venue (Ballroom at the Ben), Potito's happened to be the bakery they dealt with. I was very excited when I saw this. I wanted my cake to me a little more customized, so I book an appointment with Christina from Potito's separately. Whatever the cost came too that was not included in my package at the Ben, we just paid the difference. It was the quickest appointment I had, well unless you count my family and I buying pound cake and cannolis to go. :) I walked in and Christina was ready with my cake and filling samples. I upgraded my cake to 4 tier because of the number of guests I had. Each layer of my cake had a different cake flavor and fillings. My husband and I chose 2 layers each from what each of us liked. I showed Christina a picture of a ruffled cake I found on Pinterest that I loved. Potito's did the cake exact, but added decorative flowers in the colors of my wedding. The cake was beautiful, I received many compliments. The cake was so good, I went to my parents house the next day and everyone ate the top of the cake and I don't regret doing that. I posted pictures on Potito's Instragram from my October 31st wedding if anyone would like to see how my cake turned out.

We used Potito's for the wedding shower cake and it was so delicious we ordered two for our wedding. Besides being beautiful, the cake is absolutely delicious ! We ordered two cakes with roses all over the top and a basket weave pattern on the sides, along with a plain cake for the topper. We have a huge Italian family and they all appreciate a good dessert. They raved about our cake !

Our wedding cake was absolutely gorgeous! It was exactly what we were envisioning! We had a 4 tier cake that came w/our package with Finley Catering at the Crystal Tea Room in Philadelphia & it was beautiful & delicious! We received many compliments from our guests on how pretty the cake was! We highly recommend Potito's Bakery!

I originally chose Potito's after seeing some of their amazing cakes in their window. My husband called them several times. A manager was supposed to call back. They didn't. After a few tries we finally reached someone about doing our wedding. My husband and I decided to come in for a tasting. It went well and everything was delicious. The manager discussed design options and pricing, which was all straight forward. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of our business with them.

The manager had asked us to email some art we wanted to use to him. I did. I asked in the email for him to confirm the resolution was okay. No response. I sent a follow up email. No response.

When the cake was to be picked up, they had not accurately recorded that we had paid in full. The manager had to be called, and after investigating who had taken down the payment the day we made it, a comment was made that implied that particular employee wasn't very good at her job. Seriously, why is someone that is so obviously incompetent allowed to take payments? Fortunately it was all worked out, but it was stress we really didn't need ON our wedding day.

The cake tasted good. No complained there. I wasn't fully impressed with the design work. To me, it looked to be on par with something from a grocery store. If that had been the only issue, I would be willing to give a better star rating. But given the payment issue, and the complete lack of email responsiveness, I can't. If I had to do it all over again, I would go elsewhere.

our intial cake tasteing was a disappointment, we drove over an hour to get to potitos only to walk in and be rushed to the back of the bakery by the owner who made us stand to try little samples of cake n iceing, she was busy and seemed not to have time for us. just wasnt how we thought our cake tasteing expierence would be, we were expecting it to be fun, and instead we walked out 5 minutes later like wtf was that haha...our wedding cake looked very pretty from afar, but close up was very sloppy, our top tier was noticably crooked (joke of the night "leaning tower of pisa"), the ribbon around each tier of our cake was all wrinkled and had air bubbles, and the scroll work on the sides were slooply done. the iceing was delicious, but the cake itsself wasnt too tastey, good thing we added the vinease hour bc that was a huge hit :)
