My husband purchased my engagement ring from Porter Jensen. He had great service while they custom designed the ring together. Getting the ring finished and delivered was another matter. My husband ended up having them set the diamond in a temporary ring so he could propose and then I had to return the ring so they could finish the one they designed. I recieved my ring almost 2 months later then when the original delivery date was to be. That said, the ring is beautiful and they did a great job on it.
