Working with Kelly was absolutely amazing! I am eternally grateful that we used her for both our engagement and wedding because she gave us so many incredible photos. I love that she did an online gallery because it made it crazy easy to share with all of our friends and family. I was very self conscious about having our photos done because I’m on the curvy side, but Kelly did an absolutely incredible job and I’m in love with every single one of our photos. Some of my friends paid twice the price of what I paid for other photographers and have been disappointed in what they received, but I can definitely say that’s not the case with me. Also, we wanted to do our engagement photos in Canada at a winery that means a lot to both of us and Kelly was totally down for it! The photos she took their were creative and breathtaking. I would choose Kelly again in a heartbeat! Also her second shooter William was fantastic too! Super nice and got along well with the guys. Last but not least, our venue messed up and served dinner and hour late and Kelly and William stayed to make sure they got all of the shots of our dances, etc. Can’t thank them enough!

Kelly is amazing! She truly made me feel so comfortable infront of the camera. She captured so many great photos of myself, my husband and all of our family and friends. I felt the energy from the night through the photos she took. I plan to book her soon for family photos. She also took my engagement photos and I love every single one of them as well. The gift bix woth a few mini photos and the UBS was such a sweet gift, unlike a regular UBS thrown into the nail you can tell she really cares. 💜💜

Going into wedding planning, I took all the referrals I could get. My best friend had booked Kelly for her wedding, and once my husband and I met with her, we knew we wanted to work with Kelly. When we started getting more into the stressful planning time, Kelly was very quick to respond to any of my concerns or questions. On the wedding day, she made me feel so at ease. We both felt like we were just hanging out with a friend. I avoid having my photo taken and was very nervous about the prospect of a first look. It turned out I had nothing to be worried about, because Kelly made me feel so at ease. On top of her personal skills, her photos are absolutely gorgeous. She captured all the tiny details we spent so much time planning, and had some very creative ideas that gave us beautiful images of the day. She was great at directing my large family and was assertive while also friendly when getting large group shots. I honestly cannot recommend her enough- check out Poppyseed!

Kelly was a total joy to work with. Because we were wedding planning from out of the area, she was totally willing to chat with us via Skype and email on a regular basis. And when we could make it out to see her, she made sure to schedule some time. She was so much fun to work with, and on the day of my wedding, she knew exactly what to say to keep my stress level down. We got so many compliments from our friends and families on our finished photos, and I'm glad to stay in touch with Kelly now after everything. On top of how great she is as a person, her prices were so reasonable, and my husband and I were able to get amazing photos within our budget.

Kelly was such a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I knew from the moment I met her that she would deliver amazing photography. She is kind, organized and her love for dogs is a plus! :) She made sure to ask what specific photos we wanted and helped to make a timeline for our day (that I shared with other vendors) We got our photos back so quickly and we have received so many compliments. I definitely recommend Kelly for wedding photography and I plan to use her in the future for other milestones.

Kelly from Poppyseed Photography was just amazing! From our first meeting, I immediately felt comfortable putting our wedding in her hands. She is sweet, very receptive and open to suggestions as well as sharing her own. She kept in touch with us throughout the many months prior to our big day, making sure we were all on the same page. Kelly collects detailed information from her brides to ensure the photographs on the day of are done without missing a beat. She is a true professional, but doesn’t make you feel like you can’t joke or be yourselves at the same time. She responded to any questions we had after the wedding very quickly, as well as stuck to her timeline of receiving our photos within 6-8 weeks after the wedding. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone!

I had Kelly shoot my wedding back in May, and we are so happy with what she delivered! She was incredibly flexible & professional the entire time. Kelly did our engagement photos and will be doing our September wedding. She was fantastic! I love that she takes the more creative shots. She quickly got back to me with questions I had about locations for photos, pricing, and my list of must have shots for the wedding day. All around great experience thus far.
