A treat all around! 🍰

Arielle’s professionalism, personality, and quality of service are all 10 out of 10. From start to finish, Arielle was detail oriented, insuring we were on the same page for every detail of our engagement cake- from the look of it, down to the flavor. She was also a big help in deciding what size cake was most suitable for our guest count.

Additionally, she provided some seriously delicious gluten free, dairy free cookie options, as my mom has food sensitivities.

All in all, I would absolutely recommend Arielle at Poppies Flour Shop to anyone in need, and I look forward to working with her again in the future!

Arielle is a classically trained pastry chef with over a decade of experience. She has worked for some of the best restaurants in Monmouth County including David Burke's Fromagerie, Pascal and Sabine, Charlie's of Bay Head, and il Nido.

She decided to leave the restaurant scene in early 2023 and create her cake business after getting inquiries about doing cakes for friends and families special occasions.

Arielle's work has been published in Pastry Arts Magazine (Spring 2023). She has also been seen on Food Network on Chopped and Guys Grocery Games.
