Couldn't be any more pleased with our wedding cake from polly ann. They did our wedding cake just as we asked. Our flavors were dark chocolate cake and strawberry mousse. It was soo delicious. Thanks soo much for making a great cake!!!!

Diane and the Polly Anns Bakery staff was a dream to work with. Our cake (4 tiers and 4 different flavors!) is still being talked about. From the tasting to the design - Diane was patient and listened to what we wanted. When it came to the final decisions about the design of the cake I left it all in their hands and I would not have had it any other way. It was absolutely perfect. And I will continue to use them for all of my bakery and cake needs!

Don't let this 'lil bakery fool you..... Wonderfully delicious, beautifully large, many tiered wedding cake that had very few crumbs left at the end of the evening ! The guests raved on and on !! GR8 service, friendly staff and GR8 value !!

I LOVED our cake! I found a picture of a unique cake online, printed it, took it in when we went for our tasting (yum!) and without any hitches, the day of our wedding, the cake arrived JUST as it was supposed to look and tasted delicious. The decorator did an incredible job, as did the baker and the women who helped me at the counter. Nice small town feel and really friendly staff. It was comforting to know that we could place our order and not have to worry about anything else until our wedding day when wiping cake frosting from our smiling faces was the biggest challenge. Cake looked just like I wanted and tastes great too!! Very friendly and accommodating staff, I called a week before to make changes and it was no problem for them. Great cakes.

I have my wedding cake provided from Poly Ann Bakery, because it's the cake provider Michael's Tuscany Room packages with. To be honest, when I stepped in the store for the first time , I felt very iffy about this choice; the store is really a old small neighborhood bakery, and we only had fillings in the cake tasting time. I have design background and really want a bakery able to convey my design on the wedding cake, but this just doesn't seem to be able to come from a neighborhood bakery.

However, our wedding cake came out to be a huge success. The manager totally got my idea and vision, and the cake itself is just soooooo tasty!! It's not too sweet, and is nicely balanced. All of our guests love the cake, even my sister-in-law, who usually hates sweets couldn't stop but finished the whole piece :D It's really a great experience for me, and I will definitely have more cake from them later on.

Polly Ann's is SO delicious! All of our guests enjoyed eating the cake and so did I! The cake was absolutely beautiful - I saw the cake during our first dance and couldn't help but comment to my husband on it. The cake decorator was very helpful and we got to taste several flavors.

The bad on-line reputation of Polly Ann's is not what we experienced at all! The bride (me) was going to totally dismiss them from the short list without even trying them - based on the on-line reviews I had seen. Since the groom is a great lover of frosted cake, he wanted a chance to check them out, too. I'm glad we did!

It was no small feat to come out on top of all the choices. There were lots of flavor combinations from which to choose. At our pre-arranged cake tasting, Diane showed us the moistest cake and best frosting of all the ones we had tried, including other bakeries that were "specialty priced." In fact, we found Polly Ann Bakery more than accommodating to our requests without continuously adding on extra fees.

We showed Diane the cake topper ahead of time when we ordered the cake, so they could reckon with the weight of it from the beginning. The plastic cake supports seemed pricey at $40, but we got $30 of it back when we returned three of them. The 4th one was on the top of the top layer and we didn't want to remove it before freezing it, so we didn't get a total refund.

The cake was beautiful and tasted wonderful. Diane and her crew were outstanding. Our Groom's cake was also creatively done. We wanted a train steam engine. We provided a carved cake pan and photo for colors for a concept and left the details to them. They developed a superb train engine!

On our various trips to drop off the cake topper and discuss the groom's cake, we also tried their other bakery items such as the mocha and the vanilla Florentine rolls, frosted sugar cookies and nutty treats - all to our delight. Do not overlook this bakery for your special functions!

The cake was delicious!
