There are no words to describe how talented Amy is and how wonderful it was to work with her. We hired Amy for design and planning services for our wedding and let me tell you that she and her team are EXCEPTIONAL. Her vision and execution were flawless, and she is extremely calm, professional, organized, communicative, timely, and not to mention, one of the kindest and loveliest people you will ever meet. She took the time to get to know both my husband and I over several calls, always asking questions and genuinely interested in who we were individually and as a couple. When it came to the design, her vision exceeded our wildest dreams and fit us perfectly. On the day of our wedding, she was there every step of the way to make sure things went smoothly and efficiently, and that we both had what we needed at all times. All of my friends and family were so impressed with her that I still have guests asking me for her contact information so that they can use her for future events. We hired Amy initially to help us with coordination for our June wedding at the Merrimon-Wynne house. After working with her for a few months, we knew we needed her help with the aesthetics and bringing everything together and added on her design services. Not only is she calm and extremely organized, she helped bring all of our ideas together and everything turned out beautifully. A freak summer storm rolled in and Amy worked with catering and the venue to make sure everything went smoothly. Because of her quick pivoting the guests had no idea there were any changes. We could not recommend Amy and Plume Events enough!

Words cannot accurately describe how truly amazing Amy is. She was our person. My daughter got married May 29th, 2022 at the Graylyn Estate in Winston Salem. We actually found Amy after our original coordinator duped us. What a blessing in disguise! We were meant to have Amy. We were blessed to have Amy. She was everything and more than we could have expected. The Graylyn Estate has a lot of moving parts and requires someone experienced with excellent attention to detail as the wedding moves around to different areas for each part.
We didn’t have to worry about a thing. She was calm, organized and might I add extremely talented and adding her decorating touch. When my daughters strap snapped Amy came to the rescue and sewed it right back on. If you are looking for someone who can take your worry and stress away, someone who is calm, kind and a genuine person- this is your girl. It was important to my daughter to have someone by her side that could alleviate her stress, worries and concerns but also someone she simply enjoyed being around.
We couldn’t be more grateful for everything Amy did and the amazing attitude and presence that she comes with. I’ve never felt more calm and more grateful to have someone than we did this day with Amy. There is no price on her magic❤️

I cannot recommend Amy and her staff from Plume events enough! She was by our side the entire wedding planning process and was always ready to help with anything we needed. She was especially helpful the day of! She handled all the timelines, the vendors, lay out, and anything else you need. Honestly I really do not know how we would have done it without her!

Amy did our florals for our wedding in August 2021 and was one of our very favorite vendors. Our wedding was originally scheduled in April 2020 and she supported us through rescheduling our wedding twice, each in a different season. She has incredible style and she understood my vision so well, even though I didn't know a lot about flowers. I was obsessed with my bouquet and it was a perfect representation of me. Guests loved the hanging greenery in the chandeliers and we got so many compliments. Highly recommend!!

I feel incredibly fortunate that our venue required a day-of coordinator, because otherwise, there’s a good chance I would have totally missed out on the help Amy provided. I felt confident in my ability to make aesthetic decisions about the event, but I struggle with logistical details. Amy was happy to put together a unique plan tailored to this, so we only paid for the help we really needed. She kept things organized, assisted with contracts, saved us money anywhere she could, and generally made the day a hundred times smoother than it would have been without her. And that’s just event coordination! We also hired her for our florals, and they were absolutely breathtaking. Due to supply issues, there had to be a slight change of plans with the colors we used. This was ultimately a blessing in disguise, as Amy took that opportunity to design something really beautiful and unique that I love even more than I think I would have liked the florals we originally planned. For both coordination and flower design, she beautifully handled all manner of changed plans and unexpected circumstances. We couldn’t be more grateful. The best decision that we made was hiring Plume Events! Amy was our planner, designer, and florist for our September wedding. She truly is a renaissance woman who brought our vision to life!

The day really was everything that we wanted it to be -- classic, beautiful, intimate, and fun! So many of our guests remarked that it felt very "us" -- which is really a testament to Amy. She understood our vision from the beginning and executed it perfectly (and within budget!). She also recommended the perfect vendors for us. And the design and florals were AMAZING!! Our ceremony and reception spaces looked like a dream, and my bouquet was even better than I imagined. I had full faith in Amy, but she really hit it out of the park!

Unfortunately we had to move our wedding multiple times due to the pandemic, but Amy was always empathetic, thoughtful, and flexible. On the day-of, Amy somehow managed to handle the overall design, coordination, florals, and every little detail! She was always there when we needed her (like when my husband kept breaking his boutonniere, Amy would magically appear to fix it!). Her kind, calming presence was greatly appreciated. She made everything so easy for us, and allowed us to truly relax and have fun! Without question, it was the best money that we could have spent. I cannot recommend Amy more highly!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Amy and Plume Events. I hired Amy to coordinate the design for our wedding day. I actually did not hire Amy until after we postponed from our original date but Amy stepped right in like she had been apart of everything from the beginning. After working with her I certainly wish I would have had her from the start! Amy’s eye for design is impeccable. Additionally, she is incredibly detail orientated and extremely organized so you will have absolutely nothing to worry about on the big day. Leading up to the wedding she made sure that all vendors were in the loop on all things design related and coordinated all communications. I knew in working with Amy that the day of design would be absolutely beautiful and seamless but she went above and beyond my expectations. When I saw everything come together on my wedding day I was speechless. I will never forget that feeling! I have received so many compliments on all the details of our day and I owe it all to Amy! She is simply the best at what she does and that is really an understatement. I 100% recommend Amy for all your design related needs. I don't know if there are words to describe how amazing Amy is. From having to change plans 100 times because of the pandemic and then rain, Amy constantly remained calm. She delivered a version of our wedding way better than we could have imagined. From the table settings to the florals and everything in between, there wasn't a detail Amy skipped. Every single one of our guests commented on how they've never seen floral arrangements as beautiful as the ones she made. I seriously cried when she showed me my bouquet... And then again when she gave us the most special moment of the night which was entering the reception space before anyone else just to take it all in. This was our plan b because of rain and it actually made us glad it rained because of how gorgeous it was inside! If you want a fairytale wedding, Plume Events is who you should use.
