We truly cannot say enough amazing things about our day-of coordinator, Raquel from Platinum Affairs! As a major DIY Bride, it initially was not in our budget to have a day-of-coordinator. After speaking with others who recommended Platinum Affairs to me, I discovered a day-of-coordinator would be the most important vendor. In all honesty, I don’t know what I would have done without Raquel. Even as a strong type A Bride who is extremely organized and prepared, Raquel asked the questions I didn’t think of to FULLY prepare for the wedding.

After the first meeting, it was like a huge weight was lifted off our shoulders. She brought an incredible sense of calm, professionalism, and organization to our wedding day, exactly what we needed. She also shared her industry knowledge for ideas, recommendations, and proper etiquette. She kept in contact with all our vendors before the wedding, days leading up to the wedding, and the day of the wedding. Raquel truly took the time to learn my husband and I, to fully understand what was important to US on our wedding day.

Her preparation ensured all our vendors worked seamlessly together. Raquel managed to be everywhere at once, always a step ahead, always with a smile. She not only managed my vendors, but she also managed those guests that every bride and groom is worried about but obligated to invite (sorry not sorry). I honestly don’t know how our day would have flowed without her. Thanks to Raquel, we were able to be fully present and truly enjoy every moment. Everyone warned us the day would fly by; it really really does! Don’t put yourself through the nonsense; it’s your day so be sure to enjoy every single moment of it. To do that, a day-of-coordinator is a must. If you’re on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator, just DO IT, and make sure it’s Raquel. She was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!

Working with Raquel and Katharyn at Platinum Affairs was pleasant and seamless! They beautifully designed the mirror seating chart and mirror signature drinks sign for our wedding. Their process was organized and I appreciated being able to view a mock up before the design was finalized. Highly recommend visiting the store to see their work in person.

Raquel was absolutely amazing. She not only made our vision come to life -- her work exceeded it. She worked with us to make custom invitations that became the anchor of our whole wedding. She created amazing signage based off the invitation suite. We had multiple guests tell us our invitations were the most beautiful they had ever received. I cannot recommend this work enough.

I could write a book with all the positive things I have to say about Platinum Affairs! I first met Raquel the day after my bridal shower in October of 2020, when she came to pick up the gorgeous balloon arch backdrop that my bridesmaids & Mom had ordered for my shower. As soon as I met her I knew I had to work with her again for my wedding. Fortunately, since we postponed, I had plenty of time to figure out exactly what I needed for the big day from Platinum Affairs! Prior to reaching out for my wedding, I worked with Raquel to create a beautiful Hawaiian themed balloon arch for my cousins bridal shower. Working with Raquel was effortless. She knew exactly how to guide you and helped your creativity come to life. On the day of my cousins shower, Raquel was there setting up with her staff and it was one less thing for us to worry about! My cousin raved about her balloon arch and it was the perfect added touch to her shower. Then it came time to finally figure out what I needed to make our big day extra special. I had told Raquel I wanted to do something unique for my guests with the seating chart. Since it was a Christmas wedding I wanted that something special to stand out. Raquel and I brainstormed a few times but nothing was really hitting me until I saw her at a showcase at our wedding venue. It was there that we finally came up with a deigns we were both liking. Together we created the design over a phone call and came up with a large wreath as our seating chart. Raquel took the time to go over every detail and made sure it was exactly what I was looking for. On the day of the wedding I was absolutely blown away to see her talented efforts come to life. To this day our guests are still making comments about our seating chart and our sweetheart table decor, which she also helped with. Raquel is beyond talented with the work that she does. Shes creative, patient and passionate. I wouldn't have wanted to work alongside anyone else throughout this process. I'm grateful there are more life milestones ahead so I can work with her again! She's really just incredible!!

Had a great experience working with Raquel regarding some rental mirrors for my wedding. Raquel created two custom rentals for us, a welcome sign mirror and seating chart mirror. Both came out so beautifully and our guests kept complimenting us on how elegant they looked. They really added to the overall decor of the venue and we were so thrilled with how they came out.

Between our perfect invitations, Signs used for the venue, and the most beautiful mirror seating chart we could have asked for! To start- our invitations were so amazing. My husband and I had such a hard time making decisions for this but Raquel helped above and beyond what anyone could have. She even went to pick up our envelopes herself since they would not be ready when we needed to pick them up since we sent our list in late! On top of that she made sure the mirror was perfect and the signs she even created herself. I will forever be indebted to her for how calm she kept me, and she is so nice you feel like you leave with a friend! Every detail of our wedding can be planned by this company -I am so happy we trusted them to!

I could go on and on about how great Platinum Affairs is! I was a procrastinating bride and when I finally met Raquel there was only a few month left before my wedding. I still had not sent out invitations and there was so much left to do. But, Raquel and her team made magic happen, they created our beautiful invitations, our seating chart, personalized favors, champagne flutes, cake cutters, and card box flawlessly.
