Working with Laura from Pj’s catering was the absolute best. I was such a stressed out bride planning my wedding and Laura helped me make the process so easy! She is extremely accommodating, very responsive to my millions of questions and brought the best quality food and service to my wedding day! Guests had nothing but amazing things to say about the food, especially the fish! That was everyone’s favorite. Even our bar tender was amazing making drinks so fast and making nice conversation with our guests. I would 100% recommend PJ’s to anybody looking for catering services for any event!

The service, food, and quality were all fantastic. We didn't have a sit down meal but rather all finger foods (which all our guests loved better). As soon as people started eating, they brought plenty of food to our sweetheart table while we talked with guests. They packaged all leftovers in big platters and smaller containers for us to bring back for just that night. Everyone was so nice to work with that working with them was such an enjoyment. If we have another huge event, we will be having them again no doubt!

I absolutely LOVED PJs catering and really want to plan another event just to have them cater! Jenn was absolutely amazing! I will say at first Jenn is super hard to get ahold of but once you do it was well worth the wait! And after that first meeting Jenn becomes so easy to get ahold of. She is just so busy and I understand why. Jenn supplied all of our water goblets, plates and silverware which came out looking amazing. Our venue was 100% outside and the utensil quality was 5 star restaurant quality despite being outdoors. Our bartender came from PJs catering and was an absolute dream. Every time my husband or I would appear at the bar she would have our drink in hand. I heard from almost every guest that she knew exactly what they were drinking the moment they appeared. She even joined us on the dance floor for a short period. I do have to say my favorite thing was she took some photos of my father and I right before we walked down the aisle and made a point to get my number before the night was over and send them to me. The food was to die for! I did not hear a single complaint and while we had tons of left overs people were fighting over it the next day. Jenn personally served us our dinner plates at the wedding so we did not even have to go through the buffet line. They also made to go boxes with everything so we could actually eat when we got home. Jenn took the time to respond to all my questions and meet with me as needed to ensure I felt comfortable with our dinner plan. I truly hope to be able to work with Jenn and her team again in the near future.

I have so many great things to say about PJ's. They not only do catering for my work, but working with Jenn was great. She reassured me on details and was on point for everything. We received so many compliments on the food (ribs, chicken and more) and the wait staff was so friendly. They cleaned up, refreshed drinks and more and I was very happy with everything. The consultation/tasting with them was amazing and the food at our wedding turned out just as phenomenal. Jenn, who did our tasting consultation and handled all the final contract plans is super easy to work with and listens to all your requests. I could not be happier with their service. They even provided two heat lamps last minute when we realized the weather would be a bit too chilly. We did the buffet option and there was plenty of food! We also purchased the plan where PJs would provide the bartenders and mixers and we would provide the alcohol. This was incredibly economical for us and I was pleasantly surprised by the services provided the night of. My guests were raving about the food and the bartenders the following days.

Jenn and her team were absolutely amazing! Jenn was wonderful to work with during the planning process. She helped us to create a delicious menu that fit within our budget. When I contacted her in a panic just days before the wedding with last minute changes to rental items, she came to our rescue and made sure everything was covered.

PJ's went above and beyond to make our day special. The quality of the food and professionalism of the staff were outstanding. We have received multiple compliments about how the food was so much better than “typical” wedding food, and that the staff were very friendly and efficient. The items they chose to use for their displays blended perfectly with our vintage/woodsy theme. When I first walked out to see everything set up, I was taken aback by how beautifully it was laid out. It looked better than I'd imagined.

I met PJ's catering at a wedding show a few months before my big day. The company is run by Mr. and Mrs. Linkenheimer. Their prices were what really caught my attention, starting at $14.99 a person!! I was so pleased with their work at our wedding! The food was outstanding and I had about half the party specifically come to me and tell me how much they loved the food. The fine details Jennifer and her husband made in making the display for the food was incredible too! Jennifer went out of her way several times to create food signs, steam the table clothes so there were no wrinkles, and decorate the food display area with no charge! They were quick to respond to phone calls and emails. They had amazing customer service and are incredibly nice people. I would recommend their business in a heart beat. The food and service was outstanding for a really great price. Thank you PJ's catering for making our day so amazing!!
