    Wonderful experience!

    PJ's did a phenomenal job! They were very communicative and answered all of my questions throughout the planning process. The service was amazing and all of the guests kept commenting on how good the food was! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

    The service, food, and quality were all fantastic. We didn't have a sit down meal but rather all finger foods (which all our guests loved better). As soon as people started eating, they brought plenty of food to our sweetheart table while we talked with guests. They packaged all leftovers in big platters and smaller containers for us to bring back for just that night. Everyone was so nice to work with that working with them was such an enjoyment. If we have another huge event, we will be having them again no doubt!

    I absolutely LOVED PJs catering and really want to plan another event just to have them cater! Jenn was absolutely amazing! I will say at first Jenn is super hard to get ahold of but once you do it was well worth the wait! And after that first meeting Jenn becomes so easy to get ahold of. She is just so busy and I understand why. Jenn supplied all of our water goblets, plates and silverware which came out looking amazing. Our venue was 100% outside and the utensil quality was 5 star restaurant quality despite being outdoors. Our bartender came from PJs catering and was an absolute dream. Every time my husband or I would appear at the bar she would have our drink in hand. I heard from almost every guest that she knew exactly what they were drinking the moment they appeared. She even joined us on the dance floor for a short period. I do have to say my favorite thing was she took some photos of my father and I right before we walked down the aisle and made a point to get my number before the night was over and send them to me. The food was to die for! I did not hear a single complaint and while we had tons of left overs people were fighting over it the next day. Jenn personally served us our dinner plates at the wedding so we did not even have to go through the buffet line. They also made to go boxes with everything so we could actually eat when we got home. Jenn took the time to respond to all my questions and meet with me as needed to ensure I felt comfortable with our dinner plan. I truly hope to be able to work with Jenn and her team again in the near future.

    I have so many great things to say about PJ's. They not only do catering for my work, but working with Jenn was great. She reassured me on details and was on point for everything. We received so many compliments on the food (ribs, chicken and more) and the wait staff was so friendly. They cleaned up, refreshed drinks and more and I was very happy with everything. Thank you PJ's!!

    PJ's Catering was the absolute BEST!!! Jenn was so helpful to my husband and I, answering all of our questions and ensuring our day went perfect!

    We did a BBQ style menus and EVERYONE talks about how great our food was!!

    PJ's was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    The consultation/tasting with them was amazing and the food at our wedding turned out just as phenomenal. Jenn, who did our tasting consultation and handled all the final contract plans is super easy to work with and listens to all your requests. I could not be happier with their service. They even provided two heat lamps last minute when we realized the weather would be a bit too chilly. We did the buffet option and there was plenty of food! We also purchased the plan where PJs would provide the bartenders and mixers and we would provide the alcohol. This was incredibly economical for us and I was pleasantly surprised by the services provided the night of. My guests were raving about the food and the bartenders the following days.

    PJ's Catering has catered several events for the Hall of Fame and they are incredible. Jenn and Joe are a joy to work with! They are with you every step of the way and the food is amazing. No need to look any further as they are a must use when it comes to catering!

    I met PJ's catering at a wedding show a few months before my big day. The company is run by Mr. and Mrs. Linkenheimer. Their prices were what really caught my attention, starting at $14.99 a person!! I was so pleased with their work at our wedding! The food was outstanding and I had about half the party specifically come to me and tell me how much they loved the food. The fine details Jennifer and her husband made in making the display for the food was incredible too! Jennifer went out of her way several times to create food signs, steam the table clothes so there were no wrinkles, and decorate the food display area with no charge! They were quick to respond to phone calls and emails. They had amazing customer service and are incredibly nice people. I would recommend their business in a heart beat. The food and service was outstanding for a really great price. Thank you PJ's catering for making our day so amazing!!

    Jenn and her team were absolutely amazing! Jenn was wonderful to work with during the planning process. She helped us to create a delicious menu that fit within our budget. When I contacted her in a panic just days before the wedding with last minute changes to rental items, she came to our rescue and made sure everything was covered.

    PJ's went above and beyond to make our day special. The quality of the food and professionalism of the staff were outstanding. We have received multiple compliments about how the food was so much better than “typical” wedding food, and that the staff were very friendly and efficient. The items they chose to use for their displays blended perfectly with our vintage/woodsy theme. When I first walked out to see everything set up, I was taken aback by how beautifully it was laid out. It looked better than I'd imagined.

    Jen did a fabulous job with our reception! We told her what we wanted and could afford and she worked up a great menu. We had lots of compliments! Her bartender had a great personality and made sure my husband and I didn't have to get food or drinks all night.

    PJ's Catering exceeded our expectations! The food was gorgeous and tasted amazing. It was personalized to our wedding theme which made it even more special! I had nothing but awesome responses to people saying the things they remember the most was how spectacular the food was. That was important to us to have good food because I have been to many weddings where the food was the "typical" buffet menu items. PJ's came highly recommended by other vendors (our photographer and others) that are at the same weddings. When that happens, you know they are gonna be great! I want to thank Jenn and her fabulous team of professionals that made our day so extra special! Everyone LOVED the food, I am still hearing about it in every conversation. It was so beautifully presented and tasted so delicious! I am happy that we actually got to eat and try everything (Jenn even prepared us another hot plate of food since our first plate got cold while we were talking to guests). It was important to her to make sure we got something to eat. So thank you for all your hard work to help us put together the most perfect day ever!!!

    Jenn from PJ's catering was an absolute dream to work with! With her expertise we were able to plan a menu that everyone could not stop talking about throughout the entire reception and for the weeks to come. They were professional and provided the highest quality of service I could imagine.

    I can't say enough about this vendor! They were on point with the food, pricing and customer service that i needed and was looking for. i didn't have to worry about anything with them! it was perfect.

    I thank God for PJ's Catering... Not only was the food GREAT, the quality of the service was by far THE BEST!!! It's not everyday that the owner of a company and his wife sit down with you and work through every fine detail of your big day to make sure things are perfect and just the way you want them. It was a blessing to have them cater my wedding. My guests are still raving about how great the food was!!! I will be using them for all my future events. Love you Pj's Catering!!!

    We first encountered PJs catering at a bridal expo last year. They had a sample carving station set up with pork tenderloin and the rest is history! The dinner was tender, juicy and flavorful…they even packaged up leftovers for us to take home. The passed appetizers were delicious as well. The wait staff was professional and presentable. Communication with Joe was a bit challenging given he is so busy and has many obligations. I would recommend going through Jen. I was always able to reach her and she was very helpful and polite. Overall, we would definitely recommend PJs.

    Jen did an amazing job catering for our wedding. It was a little hard getting a hold of her. She responds to emails better. But the food was great! They served my husband and I food so we didnt have to line up. They also packed all of the left overs! She was also very affordable! Thanks Jen!

    PJ's food was absolutely delicious and their pricing was very very reasonable. However, it was often very hard to get in touch with them. They allowed their bartenders to hand out beer bottles, which we specifically told them we did not want, and now there are bottles in our wedding pictures. Also, their staff cleaned up almost too quickly... they took drinks and cake off tables that people were not finished with and specifically asked them not to take. It ended up being wasteful. Guests are still talking about how great the food was, especially the appetizers, and they had a great selection of foods to choose from. They were also very accommodating if we wanted something that they did not currently offer.

    DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! Go find another catering company. Here's why:
    -We ordered 120 sets of silverware from Jen and only got 118 forks. Thanks to Carabas for saving the day.
    -My wife spoke to Joe about having bartenders for our wedding and he told her that the two bartenders would show up at the start of our wedding 4pm and begin bartending at 4:30pm for cocktail hour. The bartenders showed up twenty to thirty minutes later, which caused our ceremony to be delayed. Joe's lack of communication skills caused us to get really upset and frustrated before the ceremony. It was not the bartenders fault because they were told by Joe to be at the event at 4:30pm. After I spoke to Joe over the phone and asked for a partial refund, he refused and was very disrespectful. In other words, DON'T TRUST PJ's catering to cater your special day. Pay the extra money to have less stress.
