Andrea and her group were so, so wonderful to work with! We hired them to perform as a duo (cello and harp) at the church for our wedding service, then as a trio (violin, cello, viola) at our cocktail reception at another location after. Throughout, Andrea was super accommodating, communicative, and seamless with logistics, playlists, and arrangements and delivered a top-quality tone and professional sound which was so well received. My only regret is that as the groom I was not able to simply sit and listen and enjoy! Pizzazz has a wide variety of songs and genres in their expansive catalog to choose from, and they were so pleasant to meet in person and were genuinely happy to be there. With so many moving pieces in organizing a wedding, hiring Pizzazz was a major relief in all aspects and let us focus on other areas knowing our string music was superb. Thank you!

Pizzazz Strings was the perfect choice for our wedding ceremony music! We chose the full quartet for our ceremony and dinner and are so happy with our choice. Their performance was beautiful and truly added to the ambiance of our special day. They were easy so work with even as we had some last minute timeline changes. This review has been a long time coming. Last year we celebrated our wedding and we had Pizzazz's string quartet plus harp perform during the welcome entrance for our guests as they were being dropped off at the venue, as well as during our ceremony and a 1.5 hour cocktail "hour". They came all the way to The Berkshires in Massachusetts. They were very gracious and we were able to pick all the meaningful, funny and important songs for us and songs that would make everyone smile, plus we made some special requests. Some of those needed the quartet to play with the harp, but they were so kind and wonderful to create the music sheet for that. All our guests (and us too!) were very impressed by their talent and charisma of the players. Watching our wedding videos it makes me tear up thinking about how beautiful everything was. Thank you! We absolutely recommend them. They were a very important part of making that day as beautiful as it turned out to be. Unforgettable!

We didn’t have a lot of money in the budget for this, and had originally thought we would just use the keyboard player from our reception band to play solo for the ceremony. However, my husband and I are both musicians and felt very strongly about what we wanted our ceremony to sound like. Pizzazz Strings was priced reasonably enough that we were able to hire a string trio. Their repertoire include many more contemporary selections, which exactly what we had in mind. They did all the songs we requested and sounded lovely. I’m just sorry I never had a moment to thank them in person!

For pizzaz strings we went with the trio. Our overall wedding theme was classic with a twist. Andrea was very responsive and accommodating during the planning process. We heard nothing but great feedback from our guests regarding what was played and how they played it. We wanted to enjoy all of the songs they played but unfortunately we were running behind schedule with pictures so we missed cocktail hour, however, our guests mentioned they loved the music selection, especially the Thong song. The groom had his own entrance at the ceremony and came down to Still by Dre which got everyone excited and off their seat. It was perfect just like we envisioned it. One recommendation would be to send the tune and video to them early of how u envision a particular song to get on the same page. For us it was the bride and groom entrance songs, & Andrea and her team met our expectations. We were the most excited about this part of our day and we are so happy that it went well and it was well received by our guests!! A million thank yous! We 100% recommend!

Like so many 2020 couples, we decided to do a very intimate wedding, and wanted to find a way to make our 16 person backyard affair feel just as special as a traditional wedding. Andrea and her team were the touch that made it. Andrea was wonderful to work with, helping curate a set list of songs that were perfectly us. We knew we wanted a quartet that could play modern songs and Pizzazz Strings did not disappoint. They already had a robust selection and for an extremely reasonable fee arranged the one song we really wanted. Andrea and her team were the perfect touch for our big day. I only wish we had another reason to work with them again!
