John, is the owner of Pizza Tree and he personally handled the catering at my wedding. He took the time to sit down with me in person and talk about catering details. My (now) husband and I wanted to have pizza for our wedding reception because it's very much our personality, but John let us know that he and the other people at his restaurant are professionally trained chefs and we had the options of choosing other dishes.
We did have the pizza, which John personally delivered and to ensure freshness he added the last few ingredients such as sauces and spices when he got to the venue. He did this quickly and with a smile.
He also made an amazing carrot and brussel sprout side dish. I have no doubt that he and his staff could create any sort of culinary delight other than pizza.
