Piscolabis means appetizer, snack, a light meal, an item of food eaten between meals.

Piscolabis Catering is a family business founded in 2007 in Frisco, TX. Since then, our menu has grown and we have proudly served well known corporate accounts as well as many private customers. We offer a wide variety and unique appetizer tray sand entrees for any type of event; from family gatherings to weddings and other special occasions. We service the Dallas, Denton, Collins and Tarrant Counties.

Our menu features original recipies inspired by the Puerto Rican Cuisine. Our specialty and most popular dishes are the Empanada and the Paella. We only use fresh ingridients; not pre-made or frozen food. Every dish is prepared just hours before the event and delivered fresh, warm and ready to served. For us, quality is more important than quantity so we don't serve more than three events per day; and will never sub-contract your order to another company.
