Everyone looked so beautiful

At first I felt unsure about hiring Emilie since at the time I couldn’t find too many reviews. But based on a couple photos I saw, I took the leap of faith and man did she deliver! She knew exactly how to go about making the day of schedule well, was timely, and most importantly made me feel sooooooo dam beautiful! I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Also I especially loved how good she was with putting eye lashes on. I hate wearing fake ones and I couldn’t even notice they were on! I highly recommend pinned and painted for your wedding day!

Exactly What I Wanted!

Talented Hair & Make-Up Artist and Great to Work With

Emilie at Pinned and Painted is an incredibly talented artist who offers a quality service. I did a trial with her after a few other trials didn't go so well with other stylists. I've done my own make up for performances, red carpets and photoshoots. I was very picky about a few things I wanted: winged eyeliner, natural facial coverage, and a bridal braid. She executed perfectly at our trial and I happily booked her for myself, 4 bridesmaids, the moms and grandma. Day of our wedding she was very professional and the energy from her and her second stylist was so much fun. I had a few last-minute changes I wanted to make (more red lipstick and a little glitter on the eyes) and she rolled with the changes perfectly. The whole bridal party looked amazing. Our hair and makeup lasted all night with literally no touch-ups. I can't recommend her enough.

Talented and affordable!

I cannot thank Emilie enough for her work on my wedding day! My groom’s jaw hit the floor when he saw me, which is exactly what you’re looking for! She had a wonderful crew with her who made all of my bridesmaids look beautiful and never rushed through any of the hair or makeup appointments. She is responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. Thank you, Emilie!

Such a good experience!!

It’s hard to find someone to trust for your big day, and Emilie instantly made me feel comfortable and excited from the time I booked with her. She has tons of knowledge when it comes to this stuff, and truly made my wedding hair and make up dreams come true! She puts her time into making you feel beautiful and is very professional. I’m so glad I hired her. I highly recommend this company and cannot wait to hire her for my next big event!!!

Amazing experience 100% recommend

I contacted Emilee very last minute after my original hair and makeup artist fell through. She was professional, on time, did exactly what I asked for, and everyone’s hair and makeup looked amazing and was very affordable. She basically saved my wedding when I was so stressed out trying to find a hair and makeup artist last minute. She honestly did a better job than my original hair and makeup artist would have done. Also I didn’t even have time for a practice hair and makeup session but she still did amazing

Beyond amazing!!

Emilie has been doing my hair for a few years now, and has always been amazing. I decided to hire her for hair and makeup for my engagement photos, and she did an amazing job! I didn’t have a very specific look that I was going for, and somehow she still nailed exactly what I wanted. Emilie is one of those people that makes you feel like you’ve been friends for years the first time you work with her, which is exactly what you need for your wedding day. I couldn’t recommend her enough!!

Quick and flexible!

Emilie was great! I hired her to do a boho half up do for my intimate beach wedding and she did an awesome job. She had reasonable pricing and also came to the hotel I was staying at. Not only did she do my hair, but she offered to help me with my make up and lashes. Super friendly and helpful!
