We chose to go to Pink Soda's Stamford location instead of having them come to us at the hotel. I think they overestimated their ability to balance a 9-person wedding party with other Saturday morning clients. One of my bridesmaids had to wait 40 minutes to have her makeup finished and was not treated kindly by her stylist. The staff was very flustered by the checkout process as well. Even prior to the day-of, communications with the salon were not consistent and clear. At least the hair and makeup looked good in pictures! (So, the quality did not match the experience)

I will say, Gabby (the stylist who works with brides) was a total treasure to work with and I just adored her. However, my hair did constantly need to be repinned by my bridesmaids all day and night.
