Pinecrest Chalet is a Sierra Nevada landmark and tradition, located at 5,600 feet in beautiful Pinecrest, California. We are owned and operated by the UC Berkeley's Cal Alumni Association, the Chalet is open to alumni and the general public. Our seven wooded acres, dotted with cozy cottages and spacious chalets, offer guests an ideal basecamp when visiting nearby Pinecrest Lake and is a beautiful spot to get married. Our cottages and chalets house up to 130 people. We have a serene amphitheater, central courtyard, outdoor pool, children's play area, and audio visual equipment making Pinecrest Chalet the perfect place for a wedding. We host weddings primarily in the Spring Summer and Fall months.
