Pierre's Banquet Hall helped us organize and execute the perfect small wedding!
The packages we got to chose from were excellent! It almost felt like a one stop shop with many choices which saved us money, time and stress! Our package was the Emerald Package which included: the venue, meal & desert, wedding cake, flowers, open bar, decorations. All the food that was served was delicious, and the staff was phenomenal in helping us with all the big and small details of the event. I could not have asked for a better experience with a venue!

Pierre's did an amazing job! Our representative, Vicenta, was BEYOND helpful and accomodating. They are so detail oriented and really work hard in making your day special. Their food is AMAZING! Our package included the venue, table linens, cocktail hour, dinner, wedding cake, open bar (including the signature drink we created), floral centerpieces, and an after dinner sweets table. The quality of the products for the price was unbelievable. The only downside to the venue is the rather small parking lot. I would suggest that the valet parking option be added to any wedding package. I would highly recommend this venue.

My wedding was an amazing experience. We selected their Golden Package, which has Filet Mignon & Shrimp. All of our guests had great compliments about the food and service. The facility is very clean at all times. They do everything for you. All you do is show up and have a good time.

Food was so-so the night of the event, good on tasting night. It was the first hard snowfall of the year and they were flexible in letting some guests into the lobby early but were not friendly about it. Coordinator was not the friendliest, a little rude. Wasn't as expensive as some of the other places we looked at. New interior decor was a plus. Doesn't have enough restrooms, esp for the bride, no privacy. Parking lot is small but there is ample street parking and across the street at local businesses after hours. Convenient location, right off of Harlem, I-55.

I have attended Pierre's New Year's party for the past four years. Every year i have a problem with the staff being disorganized and rude. I go back giving them the benefit of the doubt. This was the last time. The owners dont care or know about customer service. They are extremely rude. I dont recommend this banquet hall to anyone.
