They were very professional, no problems, cake was set up on time and looked absolutely wonderful!

Cake & service is 5 stars. It was the only bakery I looked at. Fresh ingredients, very creative styles & delicious. We got more ravings about the cake than anything...not the usual dry chalky cake. To my knowledge they make the cake 3-7 days before the event for maximum freshness. Delivery was prompt & efficient. set up was perfect.

My Bridal Bouquet was extremely beautiful. The buttoners were nice as well but they were a little heavy for the magnet that was attached. The flowers were a little pricy yet nice.

The staff is very nice but they got my order all wrong. We even discussed how we wanted our wedding cupcakes to look like with one of the main bakers, and they still got it wrong. The young lady wrote up our contract in pencil on carbon copy. We couldn't make out a thing on our contact but were reassured that everything would be fine. Unfortunately, everything wasn't fine. The good thing I can say is that when we came in the day after our wedding to let them know; the manager apologized, gave my husband free gelato, and adjusted the price. Our guests did love the way the cupcakes and wedding cake tasted, even though we know they got our order wrong.

Make sure if you give them a picture of the cake that you to tell them the exact color of the cake and not rely on the color of the cake in the picture. The details of my cake wasn't the best, I saw a lot of flaws....overall the cake was not worth the money that I spent.

I'm sitting here in tears because I ordered a cake filled with strawberry cheesecake from Pierre's Bakery a week before my birthday & event. The cake was to be ready Friday for pick up. My husband went to pick it up and they gave him the wrong cake. Not only was it wrong but it had chocolate on it that I hate.

I contacted them and they said my cake was still there and I could come get it. My husband go to pick up that cake and it was not filled with nothing but whip cream. I paid my money for bad services and wromg cake twice.

The guy offer me to come back for another cake and I told them I wasn't coming back unless they were giving me my money back and a free cake. This is so sad. I have to go through these emotions and no one can help me get the good services that I deserve.

Do not go to Pierre's Bakery because if this was to happen to you they will have you go back in forth with no compensation. They are rude and not sympathetic at all. They don't care about your event & THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR SPECIAL EVENT DESIRES.

WHATS IMPORTANT TO ME, WASNT IMPORTANT TO THEM!!

AND IF THEY DONT SATISFY ME WE WILL HAVE PROBLEMS!!!
