The Well Spa at The Pfister Hotel is absolutely amazing. It's a beautiful, peaceful spa, and everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I had a hair trial in June of 2016 for my wedding in February 2017, and the stylist that did my hair ended up leaving the salon before my wedding. The Well Spa scheduled another, complimentary hair trial with a new stylist so that I could feel comfortable with my hairstyle on my wedding day. Additionally, the morning of my wedding, the woman who had done my makeup trial was out sick. They brought another makeup technician in from a different hotel, and my makeup turned out beautifully! My bridesmaids, mother, and mother in law all got hair/makeup done in the Well Spa the morning of my wedding, and it was a great experience. We had an amazing breakfast spread in the Orchid room, and everyone's hair and makeup looked beautiful. I definitely recommend them to every bride that wants a peaceful, fun, friendly environment to get ready in on her wedding day!

Everyone was so nice and helpful at Wellspa.

I used the Pfister Wellspa for hair and makeup services for myself and my bridesmaids. They did a fantastic job with everything. I opted to have the stylists come up to the suite we were staying in, but could have just as easily gone down to the spa - it's beautiful! Everyone was really happy with how they looked, and both the hair and makeup stayed in place all night. The only thing that didn't go quite as expected was the manicures my maid of honor and I got the day before the wedding. They chipped and smudged hours after the manicure - even though we gave them ample time to dry. I think the issue is less with the manicurists (who were great!) and more with the type of nail polish used. Overall, though, my experience with the Wellspa was great. I'm really glad I chose to work with them.
