Liz did an amazing job with my wedding flowers! Every single arrangement was perfect and exactly what I wanted! She even came to my house to pick up some personal vases I wanted her to use and gave us vases for guests to take home flowers. She was so great at communicating and so easy to work with. I could not have asked for more perfect wedding flowers!

Petals and Twigs was the PERFECT CHOICE of florist for us for our wedding day! They did an amazing job consulting the vision and working with the planner on design. She was great at following up, making sure we had everything we needed. She also had votive candles and taper candle holders we could use that really added to our overall design.
Everything the day of was perfect florals wise, I 100% recommend Petals and Twigs. They do a great job with unique designs for your day!

The Petals and Twigs team are talented beyond measure. They have a true passion for floral décor that is unparalleled in Richmond! They were so wonderful to work with. Great communication. I had a special request for the use of my mother's wedding lace and a special bracelet to be bound to my bouquet and they did a wonderful job with those very important pieces! The two large arrangements that framed the altar were incredible! They matched my vision and also exceeded expectations!

Flowers were very important to us and Sarah exceeded every expectation we had! We booked Sarah for both our small covid ceremony and our later larger wedding and she made both events so beautiful! We wanted the two events to have different florals (bright & bold flowers v. neutral & classic arrangements) and she was able to make both styles come to life! Sarah is incredibly kind, provided helpful suggestions on how to maximize our floral budget, and was flexible as we changed our minds on what we wanted over the almost 2 year timeframe from when we originally booked Petals & Twigs to our larger wedding. We provided a few inspiration pictures and she created absolutely stunning arrangements that were exactly what we were looking for! We couldn't recommend her more - she has an incredible eye for flowers and creates beautiful, stunning, unique flower arrangements! She even went out of her way to drop off the bouquets the Friday before the wedding as we weren't getting ready at the reception location and gave us additional arrangements from extra flowers for our small ceremony!

Sarah did our flowers and decor for our wedding and she was absolutely amazing and a dream to work with. She is the most patient human and is extremely professional. In the beginning I was struggling with the vision for my flowers/ decor but she had meeting on top of meeting with me and worked with my budget to achieve the most dreamy results. I had high expectations and couldn't believe my eyes the day of when Sarah and her team EXCEEDED those expectations. She is a true artist and has the kindest soul. She never makes you feel like anything you are asking is silly and will be very honest and upfront with you. There are no bad surprises with Sarah only the best surprises. I am thankful that she was available for our wedding.

We were so grateful that Sarah was available for my wedding! She had blown us all away a few years back for my sister's wedding and she did it AGAIN! We loved every arrangement and I did not have to overthink the floral requests because I knew she would have it handled. I simply gave her a couple pics and she far exceeded expectations. Sarah was fantastic to work with for my wedding at Upper Shirley. She listened to everything I wanted and made it happen while also being conscious of my desire to not go overboard. She was never pushy with any suggestions or opinions and was timely and organized throughout planning/setting up!
