I cannot recommend Petal's Edge enough. Gerry was amazing to work with. As I am sure most know, getting married in 2020 was not an easy task. My wedding plans went through three completely different iterations.

Initially, for my "plan A" I was not even considering hiring a florist, but my mom insisted. After searching a bit on Wedding Wire, I came across Petal's Edge.

Petal's Edge turned out to my favorite vendor. Gerry was amazingly responsive and flexible. She helped make our "plan C" wedding more beautiful than I could have ever imagined.

Petal’s Edge delivered absolutely stunning flowers for our elopement! Gerry worked with me to create a gorgeous bouquet, boutonniere and table centerpiece that matched the vision and style from my Pinterest board perfectly. We had a sunrise elopement, so she delivered the flowers to our hotel the night before. I appreciate that she gave us great tips on how to keep them looking fresh for the next day. In a world where many DMV-area florists won’t get out of bed for less than a full-service wedding, I am grateful to Gerry and the Petal’s Edge team for making beautiful floral arrangements accessible for couples who choose to elope. We were so lucky that we found Petal's Edge. Gorgeous flowers and we hired Gerry for her super talented day of wedding coordination. Planning a wedding is hard but Petal's Edge made it easy. Beyond super beautiful florals that really elevated our day and made it special, it was such a huge help that any time I was stuck in the planning process, Gerry answered any question I had. Her professionalism and capabilities are simply unmatched. She knows everything about venues, vendors and more inside and out. Meetings to see your floral designs are super smooth. Petal's Edge will write your contract super fast and easily helped us amend it. The day of the wedding couldn't have been more perfect. It was so easy and fun. Petal's Edge set everything up perfectly and make sure it ran smoothly. The florals were so beautiful!! I loved all of the details, from a stunning bridal bouquet, posies for moms and grandmas, framing the posters with eucalyptus, to gorgeous multicolored petals down the aisle. Our guests were so comfortable and well taken care of the whole night. Petal's Edge really took the rustic/classic vision I had in mind and made it a gorgeous reality. 

Gerry translated my very vague ideas for wedding flowers into a total masterpiece. She was also very understanding and flexible when we ended up having a discrepancy in the table count just a couple days before the wedding. Her creations were absolutely beautiful and very unique and creative, and the rest of her team was excellent during set up and break down. I had the best experience working with Petal's Edge and can't recommend them enough!

Petal’s Edge did a beautiful job with the flowers for our wedding day! We came into the planning process not really knowing what we wanted, but they took our minimal ideas and ran with it to create stunning arrangements for the tables, bouquets, and chuppah. They also helped us re-purpose some of the table arrangements to decorate the ceremony, which really created a special, magical vibe. Petal's Edge was, in one word, INCREDIBLE for my spring DC wedding! Gerry worked closely with me to create a design that was absolutely gorgeous and spent considerable time on the phone walking me through possible design ideas, flowers, and where we could reuse flowers. She was very flexible and responsive via email. I really appreciated that Gerry tried to keep our budget in mind and suggested cost saving strategies throughout the entire process. I felt like I could really trust her expertise and was confident the arrangements would be beautiful going into the day. When the day came, I was completely floored with how gorgeous my bouquet and all of the arrangements were!! She truly brought my vision to life where I asked for specific things and also used her amazing artistic talent to bring together amazing flower combinations. I also did not have a wedding planner (but did have a day-of coordinator) and she was really wonderful to work with directly and super responsive. Cannot recommend enough! Gerry and her team at Petal's Edge put on a display so elegant that I was completely blown away! Gerry was so thoughtful throughout the whole process given lots of changes with covid-she was flexible, transparent about what flowers may be available, and worked with us to still capture our vision. Overall we were so happy with the amazing florals-from the chuppah, bouquets, table settings and various details throughout the wedding venue. Highly recommend!
