The concept for Petal began while I worked in a variety of flower shops in Southern California. I knew that I could use the techniques I learned and combine them with other elements in art and nature to inspire unique floral creations.

Petal opened it’s doors in the quant town of South Pasadena, California. Shortly after, Petal became the town’s premier florist.

In 2007 I welcomed my first child. Balancing the demands of a newborn and the demands of a flower shop became difficult to manage. I choose to move the business home focusing on weddings and events. This allowed me to continue doing the things I loved most in the world, raising my family and working with flowers.

The most beautiful weddings are the ones where the bride and groom’s sense of style shines. My goal is to help create your vision through my creativity and experience.
