I have a hard time finding the words to properly review how amazing Val is… hands down the best decision we made in our wedding planning journey. From start to finish she was professional, approachable and kind. She never made me feel like I had to sacrifice any of my vision even though I was getting married in less than 6 months. She made the planning process feel manageable and never bombarded me with a million overwhelming options. Instead she listened to what I wanted, weeded through all the options and only presented me with realistic options to choose from. Wedding planning is stressful but I knew that Val had it under control and that our wedding was safe in her hands. Throughout the entire planning process she always told me to text her with any ideas or concerns and never once made me feel like a bother (even though I likely was at times). Day of the wedding she had everything so organized and completely under control. I could go on and on about how great she was honestly. I have had multiple friends that were in our wedding party reflect on their own weddings and tell me how they wish they “had a Val” when they got married. I honestly cannot recommend her enough and cannot imagine having done it without her.

Val and her staff were so amazing on and before our wedding day. Truly, they handled everything and we could NOT have done it without them. Val was so attentive and amazing throughout the wedding and we can't thank her enough. Specifically, we had a problem with our florist canceling two weeks before our wedding. It was less than ideal timing but Val, with her amazing and super human powers sniffed out trouble with my florist weeks before I even noticed. Not only did she identify that there may be a problem, she didn't bother with unnecessary details in advance (which is what I asked of her, early in the process) AND she developed a contingency plan just incase my florist fell through. When my florist did finally cancel, Val contacted other florists and presented me my options. The florist I went with that day did an amazing job and exactly what I was envisioning. And the best part of it all, I didn't have to worry about any of it. Val just took care of it. That is what she does. She is professional and on top of all details at every point in the process and I cannot recommend her enough.

Val and her staff were amazing from start to finish. I worked exclusively with Val during the whole wedding process. In the months leading up to my wedding she was always accessible and helpful with advice and answers to any questions that I had. She made me feel reassured every time we spoke that I was in good hands. There is 0% chance my fiance and I would have been able to pull off our dream wedding (and we did!) without Val. On the day of our wedding, Val and a team of two of her employees worked all day to get everything set up and running smoothly. They helped with decor, vendor coordination, directing guests, directing the bridal party, timeline management, you name it. One of them actually ran across the street to the store to buy me something I had forgotten, right in the middle of the reception. Val made sure I ate, brought me drinks and waters all night, and offered to help pack cars and take things home after the reception ended. I would recommend her all day to anyone who is thinking about hiring a planner for their wedding. She was a delight to work with and I couldn't have done it without her.

On top of being one of the nicest people we know, Val is also one of the hardest working people we know. She is so knowledgable about the wedding industry and so incredibly talented. I was a DIY bride and Val took my vision and everything I planned and brought it to life (she made my mom cry walking into our venue with the work she did). She is the person I never knew I actually needed. I thought I was an organized person until I met with Val. She asked me questions that I didn't even think about, contacted my vendors for me, recommended suggestions about the flow of the time line, etc. You name it, she had it handled. She is THE person you want next to you (besides your husband or wife) on your wedding day. I had ZERO stress on our wedding day because Val was always one step ahead of us. We even had some issues come up at the reception that I knew nothing about because she handled it. I cannot thank Val enough for the time and planning she put into our special day. We are forever grateful!!

We hired Val a few months into our engagement and so she helped with the entire planning process as well as coordinating the day of the wedding. When we first met she asked my (now) husband and I what we expected out of her/our wedding. I said I wanted a beautiful and fun wedding and my husband said he didn’t want me to stress. Val made all of that happen. She made coordinating with vendors easy, she set me up with the best vendors in the area, she managed the entire wedding, she quickly answered all of my questions and always remember everything I said I wanted. My wedding wouldn’t have been a success without her.

Our wedding was beautiful, fun and stress free because we decided to hire Val. Because we wanted a short engagement, we needed both a planner and day-of coordinator. Val knew all of the vendors we needed, and all of the people we worked with, mostly suggest by her, were fantastic to work with. Val is so very nice and sweet all through this process, but on the day-of she has her game face on. I literally had not one moment of stress on my wedding day. If anything went wrong - I have no idea because she had everything handled. She was awesome to work with.

I was referred to Val by a close friend of mine who was currently working with Val on planning her wedding. From day one of meeting Val, she was a joy to work with and get to know.

My husband and I do not live in Ohio, so we were planning a wedding from afar. Val was so flexible when it came to phone calls/meetings since we were on a time difference. She was also a huge help with communicating with vendors and meeting with them since we couldn't always. When we were in Cleveland for wedding planning, we had some long days of meeting with various vendors, and again was flexible with her time/schedule to make things work.

Val turned my vision into a reality. She made helpful recommendations along the way and kept our budget in mind. Val assisted with our timeline and made sure we allowed enough time for photos, transitions in the day, guests arriving, etc. She also made sure all the vendors knew the timeline and where/when to be.

Our wedding day was truly PERFECT. And it's because of Val. She made sure Dave and I took in every moment and enjoyed ourselves. She took care of everything that day, and the day ran PERFECTLY. Seriously, not one thing was off or late. It was the best day ever, and I couldn't have imagined it or done it without Val!

Can't recommend her enough! (My sister loved Val throughout my planning process and couldn't get over how perfectly our day went, so she hired Val as soon as she got engaged!)

I was a very. very organized bride but I knew from the beginning I wanted help for the day-of coordination. I just wanted to be able to relax and enjoy my day and Val allowed that to happen! We got married in a blizzard and had some last minute cancellations from guests and Val handled everything day of. People kept commenting that I was such a relaxed bride and was having so much fun and I truly think it was because we had Val there in case anything happened! You won't regret bringing her on board! It was the best money we spent in our wedding budget.
