We used Pender and Pastor Kenny for premarital counseling, the rehearsal and ceremony, organist, and they printed our programs for us too. All were fantastic! Pastor Kenny gave us great advice during our counseling, and at the rehearsal he put everyone at ease with his humor and calm demeanor. He did a great job with the ceremony too - we had a couple people approach us later and let us know what a great job they thought he did and they loved how he made our ceremony very personal. Ann Rollins was our organist and she was great! Notably she put up with some last minute requests as well as some hard to find pieces that she had to learn just for the event. We asked a lot of her and she really came through with grace!
Pender is also a beautiful church! They are renovating soon too so I'm sure it will only get better but as it is now the focal point is this huge window with a cross in the middle that just sets everything off. There is also a sky light in the ceiling and beautiful chandeliers so there is plenty of natural light which our photographer loved. We got lots of complements on the church. We love Pender, Pastor Kenny, and Ann!!! :)
