As someone who’s been dear friends with Torrey for almost a decade, I’ve always admired her positive spirit, optimism, warmth, and kindheartedness. It only makes sense that these traits would carry over to her career as a wedding planner; Torrey is truly the best of the best.

After stressing about trying to plan my wedding on my own for 5ish months, I found myself becoming overwhelmed day by day with all of the little details that were still left to finalize, so I enlisted her as my day-of-coordinator. As soon as she took over, she was extremely organized, communicated frequently with all of our vendors, and always listened to and then immediately squashed any anxieties I was having about how things would “go” day of.

It was actually crazy to watch the stress I was feeling literally disappear when Torrey took over, and my only regret is that we would have hired her so much sooner in the planning process, like right when we got engaged and started going through it. She is such an expert, which is a testament, again, to who she is as a person. On our actual wedding day, I really was just able to sit back, relax, and enjoy it all, and it's all thanks to Torrey. I honestly don’t know how I would have planned our wedding day without her!

Torrey was incredible! My partner and I are not big planners and were really dreading the million decisions we were going to have to make leading up to our wedding. Torrey made it so simple for us by finding multiple options for vendors (catering, photography, music, etc.) and giving us the highlights of each so we could make a decision without being overwhelmed by options. This all led to a completely stress-free wedding day. Everything was taken care of. Everything. I don't know what we would have done without her, and I'm so so glad we don't have to find out!

My husband and I thought we were low-maintenance enough to handle plan our wedding ourselves. We checked in with Torrey at Twelve Peak Events to make sure we were on the right track and quickly realized that we hadn't thought of half of the things that make a wedding run smoothly. After our first interaction with Peak Twelve Events we felt a sense of calm and relief and that lasted throughout the wedding. I can't tell you how many guests told me that I seemed "so relaxed!" throughout the weekend and it was true - working with Peak Twelve Events I knew that it was all going to be taken care and executed perfectly. It was the best gift my husband and I could have had on that weekend and I'll be forever grateful for Torrey and Peak Twelve Events.

Torrey led us through the entire process of our wedding from start to finish. She was able to find competitive bids from local companies and options from Denver to help us find the best options for our mountain wedding. She managed all of our family’s strong opinions and our ever changing minds as we approached our big day. On the big day she was an absolute boss keeping everyone on track and calming nerves as weather started to cause concern. Would absolutely recommend her for any component of wedding planning.

Torrey was there for us throughout the planning and especially the day of the wedding! She got there early and worked all day coordinating the caterer and the decorations. I highly recommend her.

Torrey is simply a master of her craft. In being a small business owner and my husband a firefighter / paramedic, our life is well… busy. Throw in planning a wedding on our family property, we knew we were in over our heads and needed a professional who knew the event planning industry so we could fully embrace our wedding day, be present with each other, our loved ones and so as to not lose site of what the day was really about. We knew we wanted to work with Peak Twelve events so we went with her day- of coordination package, technically month of. I was able to hand it all over to her when the time came. She took over all vendor communications, created time tables, reviewed rental contracts and followed up on every last detail while executing my vision and communicating thoroughly. Most people say a mis-haps is abound to occur on your wedding day. Well, I’m happy to say that with Torrey she made sure that everything flowed smoothly and seamlessly the day of. She and her husband made an incredible team with set up and coordination. Even with the drizzly weather prior to the outdoor events, all timing, vendor arrival and set up came together beautifully just as the skies cleared. The day was a dream made possible by this team.

It's hard to believe we thought we could pull our wedding off without Peak Twelve Events. Now that the big day and passed I can look back and appreciate all the things that Peak Twelve Events got ahead of, and dealt with seamlessly, in the time leading up to the wedding. And especially on the big day. I really enjoyed my wedding and it could not have been possible to enjoy like I did without Peak Twelve Events smoothing everything out.
