Pavilion on the Lake

Patti and her team were super helpful and super responsive. The team was wonderful in answering all our questions before the ceremony and also during the ceremony and reception. The views were spectacular and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Our entire wedding was to be on family property. Due to logistical challenges and inflation we decided to have our ceremony on private property and the reception at the Pavilion on the Lake. From our first interaction with Patti, the Pavilion Coordinator I knew we had made the right choice. Patti was so friendly, accommodating to any ask we had, just an absolute pleasure to work with. The Pavilion is very clean, incredible views of the park and lake and plenty of indoor and outdoor space for guests to roam. The kitchen is a fantastic work space for the caterers, tables and chairs are included and the price to rent the Pavilion is one of the most reasonably places on the Central Coast.

My daughter wanted an outdoor wedding in January. The Pavilion was a great option as it has indoor and outdoor space which gave us an option in case of bad weather. Patti was so cheerful and helpful, answering all our questions and being very flexible with different ideas. The main room was so bright and beautiful, even on a cold winter day.

My brother booked this venue for his wedding. The process of booking and using the venue could not have been any EASIER. The contract was short and in common language. They provided referrals to preferred vendors. Communication was clear, concise and timely. And the view and facility itself is just beautiful. They have specific requirements, but they're clearly spelled out in the contract, and the staff are THE most professional and attentive of any venue I have used (I cater weddings when I'm not a guest).

I CANNOT recommend this venue and it's staff highly enough!

Patti, Staff and Sercurity were next to none in service. Patti was easily assesible prior to our wedding and day of. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. Bridal room is large and a great place to get ready. The view of the lake is amazing. I can't say enough great things about this place, then you see the price and you realize the value even more. Patti has great recommendations for vendors, but a plus is that you can use your own vendors as well. A full kitchen at your disposal. A balcony with a stunning view and cocktail tables. Patti and her team are amazing. Very professional and also friendly. Patti was always available to answer our questions and provide suggestions, and the staff are efficient and very willing to move furniture and make changes as they came up. Also, the Pavilion is very clean and in excellent repair, something that is not always easy to find in venues. Our guests were amazed at how beautiful the setting was. I highly recommend the Pavilion for any event and especially as a wedding venue.

Having a wedding at the Pavilion on the Lake, in Atascadero, Ca., was by far the best decision we could have ever made.
Patti and her staff were friendly and so helpful with every aspect of having a wedding there. During our time, we encountered a difficult circumstance with health and they made sure to work with our needs to the best of their ability. They are professional and courteous and the price is very reasonable. The weather was beautiful and even though it is a public park, having a wedding was respected by the park goers. They truly are the best place for a wedding venue!

The Pavilion on the Lake in Atascadero is a hidden gem in the Central Coast area and a perfect spot for a wedding. Yes, it's true that the extended drought in California has reduced the water level in the lake, but the beautiful surroundings really minimize the effect. There were even ducks on the lake during the ceremony. What really sets the Pavilion on the Lake apart is the friendliness of the staff, their willingness to accommodate all requests and their flexibility and ideas to make the wedding day perfect.

It all starts with Patti who provided us with wonderful assistance, floor plans for the lighting company, suggestions for the cocktail reception, all at a very fair price. There are many wedding details that are included in the rental price including a private location for the bride and bridesmaids to change, tables and chairs, a sound system that can be moved to the gazebo outside for the ceremony and then moved inside for the reception. They were even able to accommodate the ring bearer (a German shepherd) on property during the reception.

The food was provided by Pacific Harvest Catering which did an amazing job with the hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour and a beautiful buffet dinner. Thank you Dawn for managing the catering and for delivering everything you promised.

If you are thinking of having an event in the Central Coast area, don't overlook the Pavilion on the Lake.
