Paul Redeker's was great! We rented our tent and catering tent, plus tables, chairs, lights, etc. from them and everything was perfect. Their prices are very reasonable and even gave us a special deal on the total cost. They set up the tent a few days before the event and were very flexible in terms of where exactly we wanted to put it. They came out to look at the location and consult everything with my dad (I was not in town at the time). I would highly recommend this company to anyone planning an outdoor wedding or any other outdoor event. A+

We rented everything from our tent, tables and chairs, to wine glasses and coolers from Paul and it was so easy! He came and delivered everything just as we had planned and the setup guys were super nice and helpful. I would totally recommend renting from him for anything you need to rent. Very reasonable prices, great stuff and very easy to work with.

Paul Redeker was referred to us by our venue owner Deb Shaw. Paul was accommodating and very reasonable with his pricing. He added things last minute and changed things when needed. Delivery and take away was spot on. The lighting was perfect and the tent was just beautiful. As for his getting back in a reasonable amount of time after emailing or messaging him, not so good. If he had someone returning messages it would have been a 5.0 on this review. I would recommend Paul for his services because of the pricing and the quality of his products.

I will start with saying that Paul very seldomly responded to my e-mails or phone calls. BUT everything I requested was accommodated for. I would e-mail him asking for him to make changes (even as late as a couple of days before the wedding!) He would often not respond to those e-mails, but I would see the changes reflected in the invoice. As a very nervous bride, I would have appreciated an e-mail simply saying "got it!" BUT given the fact that I got everything I needed, I really can't complain.

Rented a tent and dance floor for my wedding. Tent was said to be setup for Friday afternoon. Two crew men showed up around 3:30pm to set up then they needed to leave because they packed the wrong canvas top. They didn’t return until 6:45 pm which then resulted on our setup for tables and chairs being held off the ENTIRE day. When they left to get the correct tent cover, they failed to tell us they were also picking up a different event and changing vehicles which made us feel second fiddle and put on the back burner. Then the dance floor we ordered to be 12 tiles (each 3*4) was incorrectly placed as we only got 10. We were told by the crew men that that’s all they had and they left and although dirty and not the best, that this is all they had and the ‘good’ ones were all out. called immediately the next day to fix this issue. We were then told they wouldn’t be able to fix the issue until morning of the wedding. Totally unacceptable from business practice or principle. It made for many things to be pushed off last second. But to be fair Paul did come through to help us with getting us extra tiles to complete a bigger dance floor which was very appreciated. Overall I’m not sure I would recommend or not recommend the services. The even went well but this company made for a lot of unnecessary stress, concern and frustrations.

I booked Paul for my wedding coming up in October at the recommendation of my venue. With one month to go, I cannot get a hold of him. His phone number doesn't work, and he doesn't answer emails. Over the course of the last 9 months I have had worries, since he usually takes two or so tries to get him to answer via email. As we get closer, I absolutely cannot have our tent vendor not show up to my outdoor wedding, so I have begun getting quotes from other vendors. Do not use this "company"!!!
