My husband and I could not have been happier with our wedding cake and cookies from Pastry Love! Sarah was responsive, flexible, and professional, allowing me one less thing to worry about leading up to the wedding. The cake itself was beautiful and delicious, and we received countless compliments on the cake! Sarah also provided cookies that matched the color palate of the cake, and Sarah exceeded my expectations yet again! The cookies tasted great, and looked wonderful with the cake and overall decor of the wedding. I highly recommend Pastry Love to anyone looking for a baker for a special event!

Of all the things at our wedding, we got the most compliments on the cake. Sadly, I didn't get to taste it. But, from my many guest responses, I can tell you it was DELICIOUS! I had more than one person say they don't usually like icing but loved the icing on the cake. What I can tell you is that it was gorgeous! We provided flowers and with zero direction she was able to place them all around the cake, it was so pretty. Sarah and Pastry Love is highly recommended by me!

We loved working with Sarah from Pastry Love. Not only is she a very talented baker, she was extremely kind and helpful throughout the planning process. She gave us a list of flavors to choose from, and we chose a small cake for us to cut and awesome variety of cupcakes. Both the cake and the cupcakes were beautiful and delicious, and it seemed like our guests loved being able to choose which type they were going to have. We got lots of compliments on them :)

Delicious! We had Pastry Love make cupcakes and fruit pies instead of a fancy wedding cake for our country wedding and they were wonderful. She was flexible to let us pick multiple flavors of everything, supplied a lovely cake stand to compliment the cupcakes, was really affordable (especially compared to DC/Baltimore prices that we are used to) and was terrific to work with. Since ours was a destination wedding and we didn't go home before the honeymoon, it was really hard to leave the extra cupcakes behind. We even packed a few in our suitcase to Puerto Rico with us!!

Sarah was so wonderful to work with! We went to her home for an initial tasting, and we were blown away by the quality of her cakes, fillings, and icings. The hardest part was narrowing down what we wanted! Sarah was attentive to our vision and took detailed notes about what we wanted. Our cake ended up more beautiful than we could have imagined, and the guests raved about the freshness and good quality of the cake!

Sarah exceeded our expectations! I was a little hesitant to have Pastry Love make our cake since I couldn't find many reviews, but the cake was absolutely delicious and gorgeous. The price was also great.

Everyone loved it and my now-husband, who typically does not eat cake, said that it was the best cake he ever had. Sarah also packed up the top layer of the cake before the reception so that it wouldn't sit out and could be saved for our first anniversary. We are looking forward to eating it again in a year!
