Worst mistake I made for my wedding. It has been 4 years since my wedding and I still have not received my wedding album. I have called and emailed several times and have yet to get a response.

Stay Away, unless you want to give your money to him and never see your pictures ever again. Listen to the other negative postings. If you don't believe that, then do your research and check his rating on BBB/Hawaii. We spend so much money on a wedding and to pay to have someone capture our memories for us, so to have someone stiff us like this really hurts. So if you don't want to hurt like we do, please stay away and spread the word.

I see we're not the only couple -

We got married Aug 29, 2009 and we still have not rec'd our photos we've celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary without any pictures - Easy to get the job and money but hard to provide service that we paid for. He never return phone calls or emails and always made an excuse...

Looks like Phil STILL hasn't gotten any better!!! I am in the same situation as others. I got married in April 2010 and still haven't received anything, he is hard to get into contact with, when I did get into contact with him, he had always said that he will be sending it the next day... he even gave me a tracking number, but seems that he hasn't dropped off the cd to UPS yet, its been two months now. I can't believe someone would screw with your memories!!! What the heck!!! I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS GUY!!!

Looks like Phil hasn't gotten any better in the 4 years since his last review. My wife and I were married last June and are still waiting on our stuff. Phil has ignored all attempts to contact him.
