We used Party Pros Detroit for our wedding as our DJ and Videographer. Samantha and James who run the company were on time for our meeting and answered all of my questions. Samantha is VERY prompt at responding to emails which made asking questions a breeze. Their online planning website is super convenient and allows you to make play lists for your event including a do not play list. It was super easy to use and even helped with making a timeline for our wedding. It was reassuring to know that once we put in all the songs and information for our wedding it would be right there for our DJ. Matt, our DJ called us the week of our wedding to go over the details and ensure all our questions were answered. He was very nice, friendly, and easy to work with. He ensured the dance floor always had people on it which is exactly what we wanted. He made all the appropriate announcements, kept the crowd involved, while at the same time not being over zealous. We also got a personalized monogram with Party Pros. They had multiple designs to choose from and set it up in a perfect location. Our Videographer was Michael. He also called us the week of our wedding to go over the details and location. He was super friendly and great to work with. The camera he used was small and not huge with a big bright light like at some weddings I've been to. He worked with our photographer and I barely noticed he was there. When we woke up the morning after our wedding we already received a short preview video which was a complete surprise! We cannot wait to see the finished product! I had a great experience with Party Pros Detroit and would highly recommend them!

Bill was great! The music play list was great and he hit a few request I really wanted. He was very helpful on making sure everything ran on time. Thank you so much.

Jim was an excellent DJ! He stuck with the schedule and always kept everyone on the dance floor. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how good he was and how they had a blast. Jim really made our special day complete, we couldn't have asked for more. Samantha who ran the photo booth was also great. She kept everything fun and ran things smoothly. Overall, I would recommended them to everyone!

easy to talk to and great website for booking your music

They were great! They have an online system for everything which was awesome! You can set up the timeline, pay balances, choose music and just give them a general idea of what you want. If they don't have a song you want you can request they get it too.

Detroit Party Pros was great!! Bill was amazing!! My every request was catered to, and they even tried very hard to find an impossible song! Bill called me a few days prior to our wedding and went over everything that we had planned - and even things that I hadn't had planned. He was great about my crazy requests that involved lying to my guests and having people borrow his microphone to sing my husband and I love songs to make us kiss.

Their website is great and easy to use, and their prices are very reasonable.

Samantha and James (owners) are amazing to work with! They were very up front and honest with us and gave us their opinion on exactly what we needed, never once tried to upsell us! They set us up with an amazing photographer, videographer, and dj...all three of whom helped to make our day so great! Would definitely recommend!
