Ann is awesome! I brought my wedding gown to Ann to see if she could fix the mistakes someone else had done. I was so pleased with her professionalism and attention to detail. She not only was able to correct all the horrible alterations that was done but she did it in a few days. She really went above and beyond my expectation and was able to salvage my gown 1 week before my wedding. I was very nervous about finding a good vendor for the alterations on my Vera Wang sample dress, but they did a GREAT job and at a very reasonable price. I relied on online reviews to select this vendor and I wasn't disappointed. She altered two dresses for me and they both came out great.

Unfortunately, I left a very high end dress for alterations here...I was told to give it some time, as I did just that. The dress had the label inside and the tags hanging on the dress. They are gone...$900 dress with no label & no tags. The dress wasn’t altered. I wasn’t offered to try it on before leaving...yet the two pair of pants that were left that day have the labels inside. I have called two times in hopes that they would be found and as of now “they would never do something like that” be careful what you leave!
