The venue is a good place but the staff are in professional and very rude

This place is an OLD dump! It smells and there are too many stipulations! Family had to help serve food when one of the stipulations are WE CAN'T SERVE OUR OWN FOOD. Floors very slippery and it reeked of mold! Owner constantly watched the cameras and felt the need to reach out to ME (The decorator) to say she was concerned that I was still decorating and my niece wasn't there. No guest had even arrived but whatever miss. I'm just the DECORATOR! My niece had the space until 6pm but I was told by the owner that she had to be out by 5. Her staff kept coming to ME to inform ME of this and that. I had to keep letting them know that it wasn't my event, I'm just here to decorate. Please talk to my niece.

I had a horrible experience with the Paragon Banquet Hall, Very Rude, hot try to sweat my guest out, the service was poor. If you do decide to go there you'll be served with a slice of attitude.

Don't DO IT... it's not worth the money you put out and they steal your supplies!!! A family member had two events at this place and paid good money to be rushed and mistreated. The owner is so nice at the time of booking but once she gets your cash she becomes a witch with a capital B. The place reeks of mold and mildew and they have roaches, They discard food and waste in the sewer on the ramp side of the building. If you don't pay her to decorate she deliberately limits your choice of decorator time to ensure your event is not completely set up when guests arrive. She is not accommodating and will use religious talk to reel you in. She flirted with my folks' husband in her face all in the name of "Jesus". This woman is scandalous and deceitful and she doesn't comply with the law as she allows minors to serve alcoholic beverages. The place has plenty of cameras and armed guards giving an unsafe and big criminal activity vibe!!! Save yourself time and don't waste your money!!!

THIS IS THE WORST ESTABLISHMENT I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. THE OWNER IS BEYOND NASTY AND CONFRONTATIONAL. She overbooks and gets hostile with the guests that are leaving, infringing upon their paid time in order to set up for the next party. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS HALL FOR MY ENEMIES FUNERAL! The owner is mean to children and even tried to make them wait outside in the dark and cold for their parents. She reprimanded her employee for assisting me with a heavy package. This establishment and the ownership lacks professionalism and cooth. Renters BEWARE!
