Jessica Sanchez and her whole team are amazing! Jessica was my main point of contact throughout planning and with every question (and there were many), she was friendly and meticulous. She advised on what appetizers go best together, what sides go well with the entrees, and what foods guests with dietary restrictions can and cannot have. She took dietary restrictions very seriously, making special plates for guests who needed it and letting me know exactly which appetizers and sauces they could/couldn't have. The food itself was fantastic as well! Everyone complimented it and had no complaints! 10/10 would recommend Pappas!

Pappas did an amazing job of catering our wedding. They were efficient, timely, and professional, all in the middle of a pandemic with many added restrictions and mandates. The guests loved the food and many have commented they want to get Pappas BBQ themselves in the future!

Pappa’s was so yummy!! The food was amazing and the staff was so helpful! They served me and my husband as soon as we sat at our table and even packed us leftovers for after our wedding in case we were still hungry! The food was so good and all of our guests enjoyed it. Definitely recommend them!

The Pappas team was so friendly and professional. And there's nothing quite like greeting your many out of town guests with the smell of fajitas! Pappas was also at least $1,000 less than any other caterer we priced out, so this was the clear comfort food choice for us.

We used Pappa's Catering (Pappasito's) to cater a wedding out in Kerrville on a family ranch. They hauled out and grilled fresh fajitas at the ranch. It was PERFECT! The food was fresh, delicious and served immaculately. The staff was super professional and so so nice. On the office/planning side, they are so well organized, and easy to work with. Their menu is extensive, so you get tons of options. I had an estimate within 24 hours and everything was very simply laid out. When compared to other options in the area, they were very reasonable and offered the most for the dollar. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
