We guide your coffee from where its planted, grown, picked, and processed these carefully selected beans and then roast them for your special day.​ Yes, you heard that right! We don't buy other people's beans; we hand-roast them for your event. Your coffee will be the freshest of the fresh!

Hire them!!! From the very first email reply, they are communicative, detail orientated, super friendly and flexible! They really love what they do and are extremely experienced and passionate in the coffee realm. Our guests said it was the best cappuccino they've ever had! As coffee and affogato lovers, they were the best decision to have at our wedding for dessert. 100000% recommend!!!

Hands down the best coffee there is!

Not a coffee drinker, but I make an exception for Paperboy Roasting Company. I never pass up an opportunity to have one of their cups of coffee. Lattes are great, and nothing makes you feel fancier than having one of their affogatos. It's so good, it might just ruin the coffee you get anywhere else because your standards have been raised so high. Not to mention the team is the nicest and most caring people you’ll ever meet. Their passion and excitement for what they do, make getting a cup of coffee more than just a beverage but a truly enjoyable experience.

Everyone loved it!

Paperboy was awesome at our wedding! Easy to communicate with and they were able to make our vision work! The setup was very cute and the coffee itself was delicious (and I’m really picky about my coffee lol). The latte art was a hit too. We opted to use Paperboy for our favors too. We wanted something that people would take home and actually use, so little coffee bags were perfect! They personalized the bags for our wedding and they came out AMAZING! Way better than I imagined! If you love coffee or want something unique, I would definitely recommend using them.

Great coffee great service!

Thee best maple coffee I’ve ever tasted! Staff was so nice and friendly. Jung and Paul were great and recommended their horchata also man that was one of the best tasting and freshest horchata I’ve had. Good mix of flavors without one overpowering the other. Hire them you won’t regret it!
