Panache Salon has hair stylists who are individual contractors. My wedding hair stylist was Michaela. WOW!! This woman is fantastic!! She really cared about what I wanted my hair to look like and spent her own time looking at the styles I saved onto pinterest and reading my comments about what I did and didn't like about each one instead of just doing what she was most comfortable with. The ultimate result was nothing short of a masterpiece. I have long, thick hair so I was worried that the updo wouldn't hold, but it lasted perfectly all day and night. I even had beautiful bouncy curls for our send off brunch the next day! I strongly recommend Michaela as an exceptionally talented, responsive and creative stylist to any bride. I gave them a 4 out of 5 for professioanalism because there were some logistical difficulties getting enough stylists to do all of my bridal party's hair. It has nothing to do with the quality and professionalism displayed by my hairstylist - Michaela. She was AWESOME!
