I found Darryl two or three years ago through where I work. I used him for several business luncheons and knew his food prior to the wedding. As soon as we set the date, he was the first vendor I called to make sure I could secure his services for the reception.

He is the absolute greatest. You get way more food than you expect, the presentation is perfect and the food is to die for. Everyone at the reception couldn't say enough good things about it.

He is a complete professional, I left the entire menu up to him and it could not have been any better. He brought a helper with him who saw to my guests every need. She even cut the cake and served it for us.
