Y'all... I searched high and low for a caterer who was delicious, affordable, and responsive. After one phone call with John, I knew that we were in good hands. He is humble, kind, and very experienced.

Leading up to the wedding, John made a point to connect with the staff at our venue and checked out the kitchen situation. I didn't have to organize this, he just wants to do a good job and know how he can best serve his couples. We met him in person for a tasting a few months before our big day, and we were blown away by the BBQ he prepares.

Our menu was a quesadilla bar (cocktail hour) and BBQ pulled pork, mac n cheese, and a salad. Pig and Pie also brought water, lemonade, tea, and other soft drinks + helped us cut/serve our cake.

John and his staff was incredibly helpful the WHOLE day. They dropped things off the night before, and John made a point to tell me that he was already preparing to smoke the pork and it would blow everyone's socks off! And it did!! We received rave reviews from our guests. We had almost 230 guests, and Pig and Pie served them all with ease!

John and his staff would check on us and bring us drinks throughout the night, and they know that couples hardly eat at their reception. For this reason, they prepared to-go platters for us to eat once we got home. This was sooo appreciated!

What a blessing it was to have a vendor who took everything food-wise off our hands. We had NO worries and felt free to worry about the million other things on our plate.

You can tell that John really cares about his couples. I'm blown away by Pig and Pie, and I wish I could eat their food every day!! I would recommend them to anyone.

John and his team at Pig & Pie were amazing! John worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, but also what we needed. His professionalism on what he thought was too much vs the right amount was incredibly appreciated as so many try to upsell unnecessary amounts. The food was absolutely unreal and him and his staff at the event were so sweet, interactive and efficient! They did a great job continuously checking
on us as the bride and groom as well as it’s so tough to find time to eat. John and his team were fantastic!

We highly recommend Pig & Pie Catering. John and his team were friendly and went out of their way to make sure our guests were accommodated- we were even handed our favorite drink from the bar after walking down the aisle! John truly went above and beyond to make sure our day was truly special.
