We had our rehearsal dinner catered by Pambiche and it was fantastic! Very reasonably priced and they were very friendly and easy to use work with which is super important during the stressful time of wedding planning. Our rehearsal dinner food was definitely better than our wedding food and I wish we'd had them do the whole thing! Thanks Pambiche! We had a great backyard party!

You know you have thrown a great wedding when your guests can't stop talking about the food. Roseanne at Pambiche was so easy to work with, and she helped us create our menu and helped us calculate exactly how much to order. Just like at the restaurant, all the food was incredible! Pambiche also provided sangria which is some of the best I have ever had :)

I enjoyed working with the catering manager, Roseanne. She was honest with us by suggesting food items that held together well over time or could easily be enjoyed cold. MANY MANY people said it was the best wedding food they have had. Even folks who have been to many of fancy, high end dinner styled weddings. You cant go wrong with this choice.

Pambiche provided the groom's cakes for our wedding reception. The cakes were delicious and a huge hit with our guests. Roseanne was incredibly helpful and guided us toward the right choices for our needs. The Lime in the Coconut cake, in particular, is going to be a lasting favorite dessert in our house!

The cake from Pambiche was TO DIE FOR. Unbelievable. I was quite picky with the wedding cake, and we did tastings at many places in Portland. All other cakes tasted like box cake compared to Pambiche. The tasting was unbelievable, too. We were served a platter full of almost a dozen flavors, each one so unique. We loved the flavors so much that we ended up getting 4 different flavors for the wedding cake (one flavor for each layer)- Lime in the Coconut (guest favorite), Tres Leches, La Selva Negra, and Torta Domino. Many of the cakes have alcohol in them, but you can request that alcohol be left out of any flavor. We are SO excited to go to Pambiche every year on our anniversary and get cake (not to mention the other delicious fare there). No frozen cake for us next year!

The worst part about choosing a cake from Pambiche was deciding which delicious flavors to have!! Tasting was divine....we wanted all of them. The choices are different than your standard vanilla, chocolate, etc. The flavors are rich, moist with tropical liquers, and soooo good. We bought enough cake for all of our guests, but so many people wanted to try every flavor, that we should have had another layer of each so there was enough to go around!

Pambiche is a dessert company focused on taste and not style. They can decorate in the traditional wedding style, with flowers and other decor, but if you want some kind of extravagant lace-scrollwork decoration, this isn't your place. Our cake was beautiful, but it's true beauty was beneath the icing. Yum. Great, now I'm drooling. Do yourself a favor and have a piece of cake from this fabulous place!
