About
Palma Sola Botanical Park sits in a residential corner of North West Bradenton. It offers 10 acres of lush, tranquil garden in a park setting, with 3 ponds, lawns, groves of native and exotic trees, and flowering plants and bushes. It is home to many species of native birds and butterflies. The grounds also include a screened Pavilion with picnic tables, 2 gazebos and a set of public Restrooms. There are shelled pathways and resting benches throughout the Park.
The Galleria offers a room that holds 80 guests indoor, with available seating for an additonal 80-100 through the 3 sets of french doors between the Galleria and its decking/porch which is half roofed. The couple can elect to have their ceremony anywhere on the property and the entire Park is theirs to use for guests, ceremony, reception and photographs during the rental. The Park turns the grounds over to the couple for their special day and approximately one hour before the ceremony, the only visitors in the Park are their invited guests. Larger weddings are welcome to have a tent set up on the property to accommodate more guests, dining & dancing, the ceremony or any combination of those activities.
The Galleria has: tucked into one corner a good-sized wet bar, mens' and ladies' rooms, and through a door on the opposite side of the room, a caterers' kitchen. In addition to the Galleria and grounds, your rental includes a separate preparation room for the Bride and her attendants - the Brides' Room, with a rest room & mini galley kitchen.
At this time, Palma Sola Botanical Park has no preferred providers for officiants, catering, music, decorating, furnishings/equipment/tent/tableware rental, flowers, cake, etc., which means that you are free to use any vendors that meet your needs and your wedding will only be limited by your imagination.
Congratulations on your engagement!
