Manatee Village was the perfect place for our small afternoon wedding. Their wedding coordinator retired in the middle of our planning, but Phaedra jumped in and was extremely helpful and responsive.
It's a beautiful location, and we couldn't have been happier with our day!

We had our ceremony at the historic church in this park, and it was adorable. The entire park is so cute, and our guests had a great time before and after the ceremony exploring the different buildings and areas. Mr. Adams, the caretaker, is a sweet older man who answered every question we had and was great to work with. This church is not air conditioned, but for our April evening wedding, it was fine. When you book the church, you get one hour on Friday night for your rehearsal, and two on the day of your wedding for the ceremony. Needless to say, you need to make sure you have a photographer that is comfortable taking the formal pictures as quickly as possible. I had secretly hoped that once the day rolled around, the timing issue wouldn't be a big deal, but they are really sticklers about this, so be prepared. I am so glad we chose this church for our wedding!
