Palm Sophia Rooftop is an epic wedding/ special event venue. Culver City’s newest indoor/ outdoor rooftop event space + film location.... now booking shoots + events and weddings.
We are so excited to be a brand new, gorgeous venue, also with the luxury of a large outdoor/ rooftop space + adjoining main room has appx 40% of its walls/glass doors that are accordian doors that can fully open to connect to open air for your comfort (or can be closed if desired). An open air ballroom is a true rarity!

Its 8100 sq ft per floor so very large
+ 2nd floor can be added on and thats another 8100 sq ft (add on rental rate is $2-3k)
Generally speaking its a space, rental only - no furnishings but it does come with items notes below/ Here is more general info
-state of the art custom lighting inside and out
-8-10 heat lamps
-2nd floor can be added on for a small add on fee of $2k/ rental is for entire 3rd floor
-use of full commercial kitchen and option to bring in your own caterer OR ideally using one of our preferred caterers (list avail upon request) but not required as long as you have professional insured vendors
*If you seek the help of booking a turnkey package including food, open bar, rentals, staff (including tax/service charge)- we have affordable preferred vendor partners with package ranges starting at: $180-250 per person all in for everything dependent how high end of stuff you are seeking
-bar package ONLY thru our licensed bar vendor (Cocktail Concierge) will need to be added on- but they are super affordable (starting with packges as low as $20-30+tax/tip for full open bar), do excellent work, and have a lot of options - I can link you all to get a quote started at any point, they have all the proper license and insurance needed.
-We also can connect you with an amazing list of preferred rental vendors but you have freedom to use anyone you like that is professional and insured
-A mix of round and long folding tables (needing rental linens) and chic chairs for 150 ppl, very nice and match the design (will be in house by mid June)
-6 stunning custom made faux boxwood hedges which can be used as backdrops inside, outside, to block things/ create faux walls etc
-reasonable add on staff: site rep, security, cleaning fee
-rates will range $6k-8k rental fee based on day of week, *full day rental- whatever hours are needed, normal is 10-12 (event is usually 6 hours ish)
*weekdays more negotiable at 5k-6k, Fri 7k, Sat 8k, Sun 6k
(multi day events may get a discount)
-valet is avail to add on/ walkable lots avail to rent/ plentiful street parking too
-coordinator required (we welcome any professional planner /coordinator or add on service are avail through our preferred planner Weddings by Jennifer Laskey ( www.weddingsbyJL.com )
-bridal suite / green room avail on 2nd floor included
