The Unique Space features both indoor and uncovered space to host your wedding event. This event venue boasts an open floor plan with 3,500 square feet of room to accommodate any style of event, whether it be an intimate dinner for 20 or a grand celebration for 300. Gorgeous exposed brick walls, high ceilings, wood floors, locally-made decor, and other one-of-a-kind details give this venue a fresh, inspiring, and creative atmosphere for your wedding. A versatile 6,000-square-foot parking lot can be converted to an open-air lounge, ceremony space, or be used as private parking for your guests' convenience. Newly renovated, The Unique Space’s interior combines the original architectural charm of the 100-year-old building with stunning modern updates. Every detail has been considered, from the beautiful custom wallpapered restrooms, to the French-inspired custom marble bar. To add to the flexible environment is a rooftop patio, perfect for wedding photography with a backdrop of the Los Angeles skyline, as well as both an indoor grand room and an adjacent parking lot. There is also a private bridal suite, complete with a bottle of champagne, sweet treats, and special amenities for the bridal party.

History

Housed in a 100-year-old historic factory in LA's Arts District, The Unique Space was renovated and opened in 2014 by Sonja Rasula. It offers a fresh, inspiring workplace, private offices, and is now a new event rental space.
