We didn't need much in terms of rentals; We only needed tablecloths, napkins, and a cake stand. At the time of this review, the minimum for delivery was $700, but due to high demand MTB said that they were unable to accept anymore deliveries in the weeks leading up to our wedding.

They gave us some laundry bags at no charge so we can carry the tablecloths and napkins in them and not have to worry about them tearing through something else like a trash bag. If you have room in your budget, I highly recommend opting for their delivery service even if it'll result in an extra charge. 190 napkins were one thing, but 28 tablecloths of varying sizes were a PITA to haul without wrinkling them to the venue, dropping them off, and then hauling the dirty linens back to MTB. I'd recommend opting for delivery otherwise if you opt for will-call pickup and change your mind, they may be unable to take more deliveries. They're so busy that multiple of their trucks are being loaded at all times and the parking lot where you could park your car to load the items is very small.

MTB was great to work with. Everything we rented was of great quality. They dropped everything off the day before and picked it up the night of. They are very flexible with you, and will even let you come in and see the items you want to rent before your event, which we found to be very helpful.

We worked with MTB rentals, as they were recommended by our wedding coordinator, Emilee Sutherland of Tasteful Tatters. We don't know much about party furniture or linens so we got to visit their site and actually sit at the tables, the chairs and look at all the choices for plates, cups, utensils, and linens. Everything was affordable (we even got the farm tables!) and the set-up and take-down was seamless. I would work with them again!

MTB Rentals was really a great company to work for. They were always quick to respond to our emails and the fact that we could make changes to our order up to a few days before the wedding was amazing—it really relieved a lot of stress about those little things you end up forgetting about last minute. Their prices were really reasonable, their set-up fee was SO LOW I was astonished, AND they did a late pick up for the late wedding we had. It’s hard to find a rental place that will do a late pick up, I found! The staff was professional and speedy with their set-up and take-down and I didn’t have to worry about a thing on their end. Which is what you want! The only issue I had was that the table cloths we received were not the color I had in mind when I placed the order. But I have no idea if that was just my fault for not paying attention to the specifics of things at the end, and everything looked beautiful despite that, so why should I complain?? Anyway! Definitely use this company. They do such a great job.

Our wedding day was definitely one that we will forever look back upon and tell our children and grandchildren about for generations to come. The #WoosleyFire broke out in the eve of our wedding and, come Friday morning, it had completely engulfed our beautiful city and local communities in flames and despair. On Friday morning, day of the wedding, you could imagine how chaotic it was for me and my husband to process what was going on, let alone to figure out how to salvage our ceremony and reception plans due to mandatory evacuations all throughout East Ventura County cities.

Early Friday morning, My sister-in-law contacted Marcia regarding the venue closing due to mandatory evacuations in the area. Marcia was so understanding and helped with cancelling and refunding our full cost due to the natural disaster going on in our community.

Marcia, Wesley and I are so unbelievably grateful to you for your patience and courtesy on our wedding day. You will forever be remembered in our wedding story for generations to come.

MTB Event Rentals was instrumental in helping make our wedding day happen in a way we had envisioned it! Their inventory is second to none and their prices are great! Every correspondence, by phone or email, was extremely prompt and professional. Even with some changes during the planning process, they were very nice and accommodating. Delivery and take down were smooth and punctual. This is the best rental company and I highly recommend them!

MTB was perfectly responsive and easy to work with. They worked with our coordinator to make sure we had everything we needed and allowed for some last-minute changes to our order. They were on time and efficient in picking up and breaking down the rentals. Would work with again without hesitation.

We rented hedges from MTB for a wedding that I planned and they were outstanding! The customer service prior to the wedding was some of the best that I've seen, their delivery team was professional, prompt and went way above and beyond their call of duty. And, the hedges looked great!
