Pretty Much Perfect!
MTB Rentals was really a great company to work for. They were always quick to respond to our emails and the fact that we could make changes to our order up to a few days before the wedding was amazing—it really relieved a lot of stress about those little things you end up forgetting about last minute. Their prices were really reasonable, their set-up fee was SO LOW I was astonished, AND they did a late pick up for the late wedding we had. It’s hard to find a rental place that will do a late pick up, I found! The staff was professional and speedy with their set-up and take-down and I didn’t have to worry about a thing on their end. Which is what you want! The only issue I had was that the table cloths we received were not the color I had in mind when I placed the order. But I have no idea if that was just my fault for not paying attention to the specifics of things at the end, and everything looked beautiful despite that, so why should I complain?? Anyway! We worked with MTB rentals, as they were recommended by our wedding coordinator, Emilee Sutherland of Tasteful Tatters. We don't know much about party furniture or linens so we got to visit their site and actually sit at the tables, the chairs and look at all the choices for plates, cups, utensils, and linens. Everything was affordable (we even got the farm tables!) and the set-up and take-down was seamless. I would work with them again!Sent on 12/27/2019

Our wedding day was definitely one that we will forever look back upon and tell our children and grandchildren about for generations to come. The #WoosleyFire broke out in the eve of our wedding and, come Friday morning, it had completely engulfed our beautiful city and local communities in flames and despair. On Friday morning, day of the wedding, you could imagine how chaotic it was for me and my husband to process what was going on, let alone to figure out how to salvage our ceremony and reception plans due to mandatory evacuations all throughout East Ventura County cities.Sent on 11/14/2018
Early Friday morning, My sister-in-law contacted Marcia regarding the venue closing due to mandatory evacuations in the area. Marcia was so understanding and helped with cancelling and refunding our full cost due to the natural disaster going on in our community.
